I bought this shoe a month ago an wear it Monday to Saturday my left instep is hurting really bad. I really like this shoe any suggestions

Saucony has always been my go-to brand for trail shoes, and I've had many happy years with the Excursion. But this latest model has an extremely narrow toe box, and after wearing them for just an hour my feet went numb. Had to return. So disappointed! It's such a pretty shoe and I had high hopes.

This was first time to purchase Saucony shoes. I wear an 8M always. This pair runs narrow. I can't wear them all day without the side of my foot hurting. I even loosened the shoelaces. Also, for the price, you would think there would be some cushioning on the insoles. They are very thin and flat. I took them out and bought some that have more cushion, which meant more expense for these shoes.

I don’t know … have this shoe in the same style in a different color purchased elsewhere and it’s comfortable and about the only shoe I have right now that accommodates a current foot issue. But this pair that I got from Zappos is uncomfortable and doesn’t feel like the other pair I have. Don’t understand … may have to return.

I bought these because I loved my old iso trail runners. These are very comfortable and supportive to run in. The fit is great. However they only lasted two road runs (a 5 mile and a 3 mile) and the sole on the toe is coming off.

Good looking shoe, but at least a half size, if not a full size too short. Not fond of the shipping charges to and from so I will look for some other brand.

I really wanted to love these Sauconys. But after wearing them for 2 days, they were rubbing my pinky toes even though they are a wide width. I didn’t have that problem with the Saucony Cohesion. So back they go…

These fit and felt like "bare bones" sneakers. No cushioning on the footbed and the top of the shoe was super stiff...felt like walking on a wooden plank. Not comfortable at all.

I'm really unhappy with these shoes. I have been wearing the Excursion TR for years and this is the second version I have been unhappy with. The last ones were the 15. I actually went back to wearing my old beat up 14's because of how uncomfortable I am. My feet hurt along the inside of the heels. I put my orthotics in them and they still hurt. I'm not sure what has been changed, but I hate these shoes.
