I have bought Saucony exclusively for the last ten years or so, used for my walking four-five times a week, usually 2.5--4.0 miles. I have had the new Triumph 20 for about a month now. Unfortunately it looks like the heel support has already collapsed especially in the left shoe. Very disappointing.

18 miles in and the sole came off. The back lamination came right apart. I am not even an aggressive runner plus I strike on my mid foot. I have never, ever had a shoe do this and most of shoes wear on the inside and around big toe (I have really flat feet from EDS).

The lacing and hold is a mess, cheap, flat laces that slip, shape in the middle of the tongue pulls apart, doesn't want to hold. Which is frustrating because they had it totally figured out last year! The 19 was a much snugger fitting, faster shoe while still having the cushioning, then they take more than two steps back with this. Very frustrating how Saucony fixes things that aren't broken. I liked the 19 because it wasn't clunky like the 18, but at least the 18 had better lacing than the 20. And 19 had great laces, lock down. 30 has new foam, fine, but I don't race in these shoes, I just don't want my heels slipping and having to tie it too tight to compensate for the slipping fit, I want to be able to tie them and leave them without feeling them not right on my feet. And I have been using Saucony for 22-23 years. Is this the swinging a bat with a donut on it theory, so other shoes will feel faster? And now I see rumors maybe they messed up the peregrine too. Instead of paying full price, as I have for years, perhaps I should just scour the web for old, clearance models I know work. Seriously, it is hard to imagine anyone, including those at Saucony, lacing up the 20 after using the 19 and not preferring the 19. The whiplash from one year to the next is ridiculous, no reliability in the models. That's why I stopped with the Switchback: The 1 was great, boas design fit great, then they inexplicably screwed it up with the 2 with an asymmetrical flap over tongue that relied only on pressing the top of the foot and it didn't work. Why?

I have a pair of Sauconys for marathon races and felt I would try a pair for training. However, after only wearing them a few times (outside of breaking them in) these are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The back inside part, near the achilles, feels likes there is a piece of metal in there and it is not comfortable. I walked around in them for a month or so and did some light runs to break them in and the painful back is still around. I never had any issues with my arches hurting before and after a few long runs my knees began to hurt. I decided to switch back to my other older Saucony shoes as well as other brands that I have. After switching back my arches are fine and my knees are better not sure what the deal is with this shoe, maybe my foot just doesn't work for these as they were not a fit.

The laces were way to short to even tie. I'm unable to wear em.

This may be a great shoe for someone, but i wasn't a fan of the 10mm drop as if felt slightly unstable for a maximalist shoe. Also with how plush the shoe is and the laces being to short I cannot tie a runners knot and I have sub par heel lock. I honestly preferred the Triumph 19, but i do think this may be a great show just not for me.

Nothing like the 19 that I thought were great. 8mm to 10mm drop, a rocker, Loved Triumph's for their nice even, cushioned feel. if I wanted a bouncy foam with rocker I would have gone to another brand that specializes in that. Saucony stick with what makes you unique and great instead of comepteing with everyone else

Bought 6 months ago and trying to slowly break them in. But NOPE! Feet and Achilles in serious pain even for a mile. These are just brutal shoes to try and run, walk, or even sit in. It's seriously like torture. I'm a huge Saucony fan and have a few various pairs and race in the Pro 3s, these are terrible. Tried to give them away and the recipient was a heck no. Throw them away or push this pain on to some poor soul at the Goodwill?

Just didn't work for me. Rubbing blister on both Achilles. Soft shoes for walking. Tried multiple times with different socks. Endorphin has been amazing.

Wearing my pair of old size 12 Triumph 9s now. Why is the new pair of size 12 so much smaller ? Why does it now have a Cheap styrofoam like sole, practically no rubber on the sole, no protection for the toe sides so they'll wear out easier. Just garbage, another brand gone cheap.

I've bought multiple pairs of triumph 20 the last few months. Preparing for more jogging and such in the future. I brought a pair of all grey to my Florida vacation. Thought it would be great to test out how comfortable and break in the first pair. Shoes are super comfortable. Durability is not great. Won't be a pair of shoes that will last at least athetics wise. For the walking all through the parks light weight and comfortable. We went to see Daytona Beach and I stepped into the sand at the opening to see what the water looked like for a few minutes before going back to the car to switch to sandals. The sand rubbed off/peeled off the paint on the side of my runners. Lessoned learned and a huge bummer. After that shoes continued to peel from regular walking...from wearing the shoes 4 days. Bummed out cause I bought 4 pairs of these shoes.

Not the quality I was expecting, I only worse these shoes for 10 days and the have already started to peel, the styrofoam is not the quality that I paid for. Very disappointed. The comfort of the shoe is unmatched though.

I bought these shoes three weeks ago and the sole is already pulling apart. Not the rubber from the rest of the solethe sole itself has a big chunk that has broken away. They're comfortable shoes, but should be good for more than 50 miles.

I took my new shoes out for a good run and I had a very unpleasant experience. A design flaw caused a cut in the pad behind my big toe. I felt the pain and tried to adjust the pad inside the shoe to help but it didn't work. I also hoped that if I continued to run I'd break the shoe in but it didn't get much better. When I finished my run (11 mi) my right shoe was filled with blood. Unfortunately I'm afraid to wear the shoe anymore.

My son wears these to school and alternates with an older pair based in the weather- using these new shoes only in good weather. They now look worse than his older shoes. The sole is peeling off the bottom and the foam is ripping plus the material around the toe rips super easy. He says they are comfortable but they are literally falling apart.

These shoes do not last. The bottom pieces come off. The 19's were much better and more durable. The 20's last only 2 to 3 months before the bottom design comes off the shoe. Very disappointed with the price and lack of quality.
