I ran in these shoes for the first time on 1 Feb. I could tell immediately they were much softer and giving than the previous version. I love this so much more for that same reason. These shoes are great for easy long runs and you should be able to get a lot of mileage out of them.

Will buy again, love the cushioning and energy return. Use for long runs for marathon training, and for tempo and speed runs. I pair with the Speed 3 for race day. Would try the Pro 3 or Elite if they had a wide

Great shoe . Speed roll does its work. Horrible laces on this model. Saucony should offer you the choice of laces. Vast improvement over shift 2. Responsive foam makes this shoe perfect if you are not a fan of super plush or firm feel

Giant improvement over the Shift 2, softer foam and feel underfoot, speed roll makes this shoe seem faster than something with this much stack typically would. Works both for slow and fast days and the update on the upper is tremendously more comfortable as well. My favorite Saucony shoe yet.

Great everyday shoe. Love the support they provide to my worn out arches. I'm down to sub-7:00 miles thanks to these shoes! I was worried about the white soles getting dirty, but they wipe clean with just a wet paper towel. The bright blue fabric stains easier so I recommend some waterproofing or protectant if you want to keep them looking amazing forever.

As owning the Endorphin Pro 3 and loving everything about that shoe, I wasn't sure what to expect from the Shift 3. But knowing I was in need of a max cushioned daily trainer, I decided to roll the dice and take the dice on the Shift 3. I'm glad I did. The ride is smooth, responsive, and lighter on foot than what the actual weight of the shoe indicates on the specs. I've used the shoe on easy runs, recovery runs, medium distance runs, and on occasion, tempo runs. The SPEEDROLL Technology is very evident and provides and very easy and comfortable transition. Looking forward to putting many more miles on them this winter and for the time being they are a perfect counterpart to my race day Pro 3s.

Perfect cushioning. A bit of firmness to make it feel not too marshmallow like. Very light for a max cushion shoe and the upper is nice and flexible. I also love that they have a wide option now. Great Fit!

I really like this model, and the Saucony Brandon general. I currently have three models, and like them all. I do wish that there would be more colors available in Men's wide.

I am definitely satisfied with the shoe. I was able to get them at a highly discounted rate. For the price I paid, I cannot think of one complaint.

I have bought this same shoe several times in the pass few years. I always buy a size 9 and this time I bought a size 9 but clearly it is larger than the previous size 9.

Great shoe for long runs, super comfortable and stable. Only issue I have are the laces. I live in an area that is super humid and the laces come undone around mile 10, without fail.

Feel solid enough but they run small and are tight in the toe box.

I'm a little over 90 miles in these, and I appreciate the a little more with each run. I bought the Concrete colorway, and on the first couple runs I thought it was a description of the midsole foam. It took a good 20 miles for the midsole to soften up and is now very comfortable on those longer slower miles. If you're looking for a spongy feel underfoot, or a bouncy feel as you run, this is not your shoe. This is a shoe designed to absorb impact and make your run more enjoyable. As with all shoes in the Endorphin line, these are not the best on wet hard surfaces. You can feel some slippage as you step through, but it's not horrible. Overall, this is a really good complimentary shoe for the rotation.

The only thing about this shoe that isn't quite 5 stars is the toe box. I wish it could be slightly bigger but other than that I love it! Great cushion, great fit everywhere else on the foot. Highly recommend

I use these for walking, rather than running, and love them, but wish they were available in more dark colors (like Hoka Bondi 8), especially all black!

I ran through a pair of Shift 2's and am now running in a pair of Shift 3's. The Shift 3's groove traps rocks when running on gravel roads. I have to stop and pry gravel out of the groove before transitioning to pavement or walking into the house. Aggravating.

Haven't run on them that much but they feel fast. You really role off your toe with these and it just feels like it wants to propel you forward. I don't plan to run on them for every run and wouldn't want to, but on a day I'm going for a PR or speed these are a great option.

Well this is a chonky boy. The midsole looks like a brick of styrofoam. It also felt like it the first 30 miles. Too stiff at first, but after some break in it feels balanced and soft enough without being plush. It's been perfect for crunching those low-intensive 5-30 mile runs. I have narrow feet with low archs and the Shift 3 fits me just fine. There is room for toe splay and the mid foot lock down is good, but I'd like a tighter fit in the heel. Coming from the Endorphin Speed 3 I enjoy the lower drop but missing the laces. -1 star for roomy heel, silly laces getting untied too often and boring color choices. Would recommend the Shift 3.
