Have had several pairs of Saucony running shoes and they have never been disappointed. The new Shift 3 is no different. Great cushioning, and the Speedroll technology is my favorite in any of the popular running brands. Great product and comfort.

This was a great shoe. It’s just that it just felt a little too narrow for my foot and with me having HR I needed something a little wider.

What an amazingly supportive, comfortable, and stylish shoe. It has everything I need to be healthy and protect my joints. The Endorphin Shift 3 is awesome and worth every penny.

I really enjoy the feel of this shoes ! I like the "rolling" feeling and adds a good little spring.
Since I'm a forefoot striker there's good support when I get tired.

I use endorphin shift 3 as my work out shoes. Whether I'm running, lift weights, or just walking. These keep my feet and legs aligned properly so I can do a distance and joints do not get sore. Really like these shoes

I'm sure you're like not another pair of sneakers! I worn out my HOKA sneakers and thought they were great. But they wore out too fast and sore knees started. Try these sneakers! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a comfortable shoe and no sore knees. I'm sure how long they will last but I'm hoping longer than my Hokas. I don't know if they will have a short shoe life but I am giving them a try.

A colleague recommended these as my existing runners were giving me some shin pain. Having never tried Saucony I was a bit sceptical at first. First run was a real eye opener, the shoes are VERY light, and the curve on the base encourages the runners stride. No shin complaints and a great overall experience

I've been running for 50+ years and this model is one of my favorites. One of the best training shoes I've ever owned. Super comfortable, nice roll technology, and light enough for tempo workouts.

I have been running in a different brand shoe for years and was recently fitted for a new running shoe. Out of several shoe brands I tried on, the Saucony Endorphin Shift 3 felt the best. I have been running in them for the past several months and am extremely happy with them. I now have two pair of them.

These shoes are far superior to Hoka and New Balance. I use these shoes to run outside and the Kinvara 14 to run inside; they are both amazing. I highly recommend switching to Saucony and you won't look back.

My Shifts have about 40 miles on them. I bought them to protect my back and right-leg prosthesis during long runs, and so far they've definitely helped. Not built for speed (I have Endorphin Speeds for that), but I feel an important shoe to have in my rotation.

Firm but comfortable, and on the fast side for trainers. I put anywhere from 50 to 80 miles per week in these, mostly easy runs, and I'm quite happy. Will be buying more.
I'd also recommend:

It is super comfortable. I have chronic pain in my feet and these shoes were recommended from my ortho doctor. I will buy these again once my pair is finished.

I have been waiting to put in a decent amount of mileage into these shoes before I posted a review. They are a joy to run in and have been very versatile, equally capable for longer runs over 10 miles as they are with shorter blasts around the neighborhood.

This is my third pair of the Endorphin from Saucony. Great shoes for walking. Working out. Every day uses. My feet love it.

The perfect companion to my Endorphin Speeds. I was using the speeds for every run 3 pair so far. I decided to go with dedicated "everyday" running shoes and got the Shifts. These are much more stable and a bit more cushion. After 100 miles these are no my go to shoes and I use the speeds for Thresholds and Sprints.

This is now my go to shoe for running. I have hallux limitus and have zero pain with these. They offer a great balance of cushion, protection, stability, and responsiveness. I bought a second pair for casual wear.

I purchased the shoe after experiencing issues with hallux limitus (jamming) of the big toe joint. This shoe, with a rocker sole, in combination with my orthotics, solved the issue. Big fan.

I've put about 50 miles on them so far and they are fantastic. Fastest shoe I've run in (I have to wear wides, and that's hard to find in plated/super shoes). Very comfortable and fit perfect. I could run them every day - but also like my Kinvaras for 80% of my miles that are easy.
