This is not a typical chambray shirt. It is very heavy and stiff. I'm returning it.

It is incorrect to say that this shirt is a traditional fit. It is not. I always buy a Large size and if it were truly a traditional fit, like the LL Bean Twill short sleeve shirt, the large would have enough room in the chest and the sleeves would be big and long enough to fit like a true Traditional Fit shirt. This one is cut slightly too small in the chest and sleeves. I had to go back and buy another one (XL) just to get the right fit and now I'm stuck with the first one I ordered but can't wear.

Large was gigantic. Medium which llbean suggested I buy in place of the large was very small. And then I had to pay to return both even though they were returned in same package.

The old style was great. Why Change an excellent product? The shirt shrunk in the wash. Came out wrinkled from the drier and shrunk 2 sizes. This new style is not as soft and comfortable as the old style. It is very difficult to find a Chambray shirt, the old product was great and also miss the moss green color. Those were my husbands favorite shirts to wear for his type of work.

Sleeves way too short.
