We bought two of these shirts last February for our son's birthday. He plays paddleball outside all winter. With his upcoming birthday he requested two more. He wears them every week and loves them.

My husband had this same style top from LLBEAN for many years. He's loved it and worn it over and over. And over. He has always loved the fit, the lookhe especially loves the thumb holes for when he's working outside on cooler days. Finally, he asked for a new one for Christmas. Believe me, when this man loves something he doesn't give it up, whether it's me, or this top!!! We are married 48 years and it feels to me that he's had the darn top for at least half those years. There's nothing wrong with it other than it's old and I'm tired of looking at it. Not him, just the shirt. So I was thrilled to find I could get him the same one, complete with thumb holes, knowing he'd be happy as a squirrel in a well built nest. Thanks LLBEAN for making my Christmas shopping easy, and my husband happy.

Toasty warm layer for being outdoors on frosty mornings

The Base layer to kept my husband comfortable st a Pats game.

It's not too thick or too thin. It's also not too loose or too tight. The shirt is just slightly loose so it's more suitable for hiking than playing other sports. It keeps me warm. I personally don't like the holes on the sleeves and they make the sleeves longer than necessary but it's just my personal taste.

The first of two Midweight Baselayer Crew Long Sleeve Men's Regular (size S) has been delivered in fine form. The second is due in January, as stated when ordered. The items work wonderfully at keeping me warm in winter, outdoors, and in the oppressive air conditioning of summer.

I love this base layer it helps take the chill out when it's really cold out side.
