Husband bought this L/S shirt in heather great and navy. Very good shirt, fits true to size. Seem like quality-stitched shirts, and should last a good amount of time. Only four stars bc it's advertised as "unshrinkable," and the very first time out of the wash, it shrunk. Length was reduced by about an inch. Not a big deal. I had high hopes, but realistic expectations with these cotton shirts. This might not be a problem for some, but now my husband feels they are juuuust a bit shorter than he'd personally prefer. The grey shrunk more than the navy. Sleeves, shoulders, etc all fit better actually. Maybe we should order a "Tall" next time, but something to take into consideration!

I have bought many of these long sleeved teeshirts over the past few years and I keep hoping that they will eventually be made with longer arm length. The arm length is about one cuff length (2.5") too short. The fit and fabric quality are great and that's why I continue to buy them despite the above mentioned flaw.

This is a nice long sleeve, heavy weight tee. It runs very large and has a very baggy fit on me.

My husband likes this shirt so far. The neck and sleeves have not stretched out, which is a pet peeve of his.

I ordered one of these shirts a number of years ago (it's worn with age). I ordered the same size as my initial purchase. The new ones are great material wise, but they are huge. I ordered an XL and actually it is too big, but I can make do by layering it.

Have almost all colors and for the most love them. One exception I noticed is that the lighter blue one does not launder as well as the other colors for some reason. It comes our wrinkled.

Bought this shirt over a month ago. I bought it tall because I am tall. It fits great until I washed it. The advertisement said it would not shrink but it did. Also, since it was white, I put a little bit of bleach with a whole load of whites and the collar turned a little darker. Nothing serious but still off-white. Just the collar.

The store only had medium and large in this style and color. L. L. Bean has good quality, long lasting items. They tend to run on the larger side though. I did have the medium sized shirt shortened by a local alteration/dry cleaner.

I bought two of these long sleeve unshrinkable tees in the same size, different colors. The grey shirt in particular has very tight sleeves around the wrist and neck hole, and the shirt is an inch longer than the blue color. The sleeves and neckline fit like a normal shirt. For the cost you would think the sizing would be more consistent. The quality of the material is nice.

Color is great. Washed it before my husband has worn it. Neckline gathered. Not happy with it. Waiting for my husband to complain.

I found the shirt to be made with a rubberized cotton instead of just cotton. Has a strange feel

My husband wears a medium tall. The length and chest fit were perfect, but the sleeves were a problem. The top of the sleeve was roomy, but the bottom was so tight he could barely get his hands through. His arms and wrists are average for his height, so the cut just seemed off. Unfortunately, I had to return these shirts and will keep looking for a style that fits properly.

I bought 2 of the Carefree Unshrinkable Long-sleeved Tees & 2 of the Henleys. First the good: The colors are very nice. The quality of the shirt is excellent, as I've come to expect from L.L. Bean. Now the bad: The fit is terrible. I've never had a shirt fit so poorly. These shirts are very boxy and unflattering. I bought the same Large size I have for all my other Bean gear. The areas across the shoulders and upper chest/neck are fine, but there is 3"-4" of extra material on the sides and front from armpits level down to the bottom of the shirt that should've been removed. I know these aren't "fitted" or "slim," but I certainly did it expect the shirt not to have any taper whatsoever. I'll be donating these 4 shirts and just chalking up this purchase as a loss.

The shirts feel nice, but the sizing is off. The larges are too big, and previously purchased mediums are way too small. I did the sizing protocol, but obviously that wasn't accurate.

I was very disappointed with the fit of this Waffle Crew Shirt. The collar opening is huge. It fits terribly around the neck. It being called a "Crew" I was thinking crew neck collar. I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with this "Waffle Crew". I would expect more from LL BEAN.

Two years ago, I bought this shirt in black. This shirt is much bigger in the body; when I laid one on top of the other, the new shirt was over 1 inch wider in the body than the old. I'm returning this one, will try the size small

Nice long sleeves, but torso length much too long. I needed to have seamstress cut 6" off bottom and re-hem.

Nice all-cotton fabric. Overall size a good fit (medium for 6' x 172 lbs). However, the cut and design of the upper arms did not fit. Arm holes are very large, resulting in too much fabric in the upper arms. This also restricts of upper arm upward motion, meaning lifting the arm uncomfortably pulls up the shirt up too much. This is a not minor change from an earlier version of the same shirt. Disappointed, and returned.

Unshrinkable Tees size L has been my Fall and Winter shirt of choice for years. I've lost weight and ordered size M which is a perfect fit .... except the sleeve length is a little two short. The sleeve lenght for size M needs to be about about one half inch longer.
