the coal is well made and comfortable but needs inside storage pockets to keep a plus size phone dry, a place for a pen and small tablet.

I've bought 3 season jackets from ll bean several time's and was happy with them but this jacket was flimsy with no insulation and definitely not a 3 season jacket. It was returned.

These coats (this and the all season one), which I and my family have bought for decades, now suck... Cheaper materials, weird unbending outter polyester coating etc. - someone should restore quality control on products, before it is too late. I say this as a lifer and believer in the company

Not at all what I was looking for. Much too light weight, more a one season than three season jacket.

Too light for a "three season jacket". it is not as warm as the one I purchased a few years ago. It was shipped with a retail regular price tag $10.00 lower than the online price

This used t be a $70 or $80 jacket. Now it's over $100. And the stupid Bean label on the chest is just a nonstarter. If Bean wants me to advertise, they should pay me. I own and like quite a few Bean products - shorts, chinos, winter jacket, outdoor stuff, but I'm tired of the constant price increases and LL Bean adverts.

Dear Folks, I won't buy this beautiful jacket for only one reason-the conspicuous label. I've been looking for a cool bomber jacket for a long time. and now I find one that's perfect in every way. But there's a goofy label right over the chest. So I'm gonna pass-

Slipper are just comfortable but it is not cost effective for seniors. I don't recommend seniors purchase them you can do as well at a Target Store.

I was quite surpized by the poor quality of the bomber jacket. After just two days of wearing, the zipper no longer worked. It was not made of [premier quality. I always had very good opinions of LL Bean but now I will never purchase any more items from them.

I guess the "3 Seasons" refer to Summer, Spring and Autumn, because this is a very thin and light windbreaker, not an actual bomber jacket. And definitely not worth $100, more like $35. Sadly, will be returning this one.

Wore this jacket to Cosco on a cool breezy day and the jacked felt like it was conducting the heat out of my body. This garment in not a jacket, it is a semi wind breaker. Also, the armpits are cut so high that you cannot comfortably wear a sweater under the jacket. One last comment, besides the L.L. Bean chest tag/logo, all the zippers have LL Bean badged pull tags that make the garment into an LL Bean promotion / announcement.

I sized and bought this based upon LL Bean web site information and my history with other Bean outerwear. It was nevertheless too small. Now they stick me with a $6.50 return shipping charge due to their inconsistent product sizing. I won't buy a replacement from them.

Something has gone quite wrong at LL Bean on their sizing. The chest measurement of a new jacket I ordered this year is 6 inches smaller than the same-size jacket I ordered from them 6 years ago. I experienced the same problem with a vest I ordered a year ago. Also, this new jacket is 6 inches small around the waist than a similar size jacket from a competitor. Then, to make matter worse, Bean charges you to return the merchandise. Customers get socked because Bean can't get their sizing even close to right.

Jacket is extremely thin almost as thin as a wind breaker especially in the chest area

I had been eagerly waiting for this jacket since it doesn't have the annoying standup collar so many L.L. Bean jackets have. And unlike some other people, I liked the lighter weight. So what was the problem? The sizing is all wrong. I always take a medium in L.L. Bean products. But the medium in this jacket is too tight across the chest. And I'm not a particularly big or muscular guy either. What about a large? I went to the store and tried it on. The sleeves went right over my hands. Way too big. No jacket for me, sadly. If they could just get the sizing right, this would be a great product.

Sizing was a joke. Their xl was a medium at best. Cheaply made. Poor value. Will never buy online LL Bean again.

Returned jacket for being too tight. Ordered 3xl but felt as a 2xl. Must have been miss marked as to size. Jacket seems well constructed and of nice materials. The return experience was very good and my account Was debited shortly after being received. 3xl is the largest size available for this model.

I bought this jacket on impulse after having it show up as an ad in one of my feeds. Having owned several identical jackets over the years I was delighted to be able to order one from L.L. Bean. When I picked up the envelope off my front steps I knew right away. This was not a bomber jacket. It's incredibly thin, I bought a spring jacket last March. That's much thicker than this bomber jacket. This is more like taking a parka and turning it into a windbreaker. This has no heritage of a bomber jacket except for the looks from 15 feet. There's no quilting inside it. It's incredibly thin , and I mean really thin.

Jacket pockets need to have a top entry with a flap to put gloves in. It also needs to have a back entry to put your hands in. The glove pocket needs to be on top of the hand pocket to keep your hands warm if you aren't wearing the gloves. You used to know how to do this but now you don't so all your jackets are useless. You need to bring back your good old Flying Tiger jacket. Mine is nearly worn out and I need to get a new one. LL Bean is so disappointing these days.

Very disappointing! Have been an LL Bean customer for over 35 yrs( and our family even longer, as they live in Maine) and I have always counted on their excellent quality- not any more! This jacket ran small and was so thin- we were shocked! I have several of these jackets in the women's that I've had for awhile and there is no comparison- mine are much thicker and overall superior quality!!! It was also a little weird that the actual tag on item said $89 but online it was $99- really? Sad- always loved this company but no longer have confidence in their products; especially for their prices!

Significantly smaller (3-4 inches in circumference) compared to other XL-Tall jackets that I own. Order at least two sizes larger than normal.
