Great jacket! Just the right weight, fits well and the plaid lining gives it a classic look

Beautiful jacket, I love everything about it. The dark ivy color is very nice, the sleeves are long enough to cover the top of my hands, the fit is wonderful. The only small issue is it's slightly tight in the bust, but not enough for me to return it. I love that I can adjust the waist and bring it in as I have an hourglass figure and most jackets just look boxy on me. This is very comfortable and flattering.

On sale and excellent quality for the price. Nice details. I ordered another one.

This is my second one of this jacket. I bought the first one in black in 2016 and still have it. It's in perfect condition. I just wanted the olive one. It's a great weight for fall through early spring in the north as long as it's not really cold, and I wear in all winter. Nice smooth lining that glides on easily over sweaters, layers, etc. Well made in Thailand.

Perfect for a chilly windy day. I also love how it fits in the back. Long enough to hide my bottom.

I ordered a size higher so that I can wear layers. The cut of the jacket is attractive as is the lining.

Gift for my daughter. She likes it. She thought it was going to be a darker olive. She also said it could've been a tad warmer. But she is cold natured. Otherwise she likes the fit and style.

For once I bought a jacket on line and it's PERFECT. The fit is true, the material is great, I love the lining, the color is awesome for me. I couldn't be happier

Fit is true and not too roomy. Pockets are slanted, love that. Like the plaid lining which makes it easy to slip on. And did you check out the two way zipper? Fabulous for zipping open at the bottom for driving. Sleeves are long, but think they are meant to be folded back to give it some panache. Great jacket all around.

Replacement jacket for one I bought a few years ago. The zipper on my jacket was always a bit fussy and one day just stopped working. I seldom wore this jacket as used it for good so it wasn't worn much and only washed once. I went on line after the zipper broke and noticed all the reviews regarding the zipper issues. I took a chance a sent it back with a note to LL Bean and asked that it be replaced despite it not being brand new and not under warranty anymore. They did and sent me back a brand new one! I shop a lot at LL Bean because their clothes are good quality, fit me well and I like flannel and I hate malls. I also like them because they do stand by their items and I appreciate that as a long time shopper. I love my new jacket, like I loved my old one and hopefully the zipper will last longer. These jackets are really cute and warm for our Idaho living although I use my LL Bean ultralight down jacket when it is really really cold.

I purchased this jacket for the in between seasons here in CT. It's dressy enough to wear to work and casual enough to run errands. It is warm for the temperatures noted in the description. I've added a lightweight scarf on windy days. Comfortable when riding in the car also.

Comfortable, light weight jacket. Length is nice, it covers your behind. Sleeves are long and nice to roll up with the plaid lining. And love the dark ivy color.

I like this writing jacket. It's a nice appearance, and the weight is a medium weight. I don't consider it light as I've read others have described it. Not a huge fan of all the snaps though. If you have arthritis in your fingers you might find it a little hard to manage. It's a nice classic look. Flattering. And well-made. I'm very glad I made this purchase. Thinking about it. I probably should've gone with a large petite even though I'm not petite. The arm length tends to be a better fit for me.

Love the style and fit. Would love it even more if it was little thicker for cooler temperatures.

This is such a classic jacket, so attractive and fits well. I ordered the deep olive. I have three bought over the years-one nearly 20 years ago. All of them still look as good as new. They wash well and will never go out of style. These jackets are warm enough for cool weather, and worn over a sweater, or fleece, are ok for colder weather. However, for really low temperatures, a warmer jacket/coat would be needed. I hope L.L.Bean will always keep them available to order.

I love this jacket. The weight is perfect, not heavy at all but so warm in cold weather. I got the navy and the color combinations of the outside and lining are spot on. I love the corduroy collar.

I am 5'5, 148 pounds. Since it is described as a relaxed fit, I tried a Medium. Bit tight if looking for a relaxed fit. It was tight in shoulders and snug if buttoned. Large is pretty generous on me but very comfortable. Could layer two sweaters or a blazer. I do love the black, it is subtle, not the darkest black nor shiny. Also love the length that covers my tail feathers. Good deep pockets. Good for spring and fall, cool weather not cold. One that will be a go to to grab and wear.

This was purchased as a gift. The person who received it loved it.
