Could not believe I'd ever find a fleece jacket with a hood as I like to protect my ears on windy days. This jacket fits wonderfully, looks great, and is warm without bulk and weight. Love it.

I absolutely love this jacket. I'm kinda picky about my fleece, and this is my all time favorite! Love the hood!

This arrived just in time for the chilly weather that just arrived. I LOVE IT! It is soft and cozy. The front chest pocket is great for small items. I love that feature! It is great quality which I can trust will last for many years.

I love this fleece! Great fit, enough room to layer over a sweatshirt, good petite sizing. I noticed some quality issues earlier this year on petite products having extra-long sleeves, and they appear to have been resolved, because this fleece is PERFECT and definitely cut correctly. I bought the Gunmetal Grey, which is sort of a grayish navy colorvery nice neutral. Cuts the wind and keeps the bugs off.

Perfect soft jacket. But I just hate the big ugly patch over the heart. Loved the light green color. Length and sleeves were perfect for me.

Pretty. Looks nice as top layer but sleeves stick if usng it as under layer. Tricky to put it on or off.

A little too fitted . Not as soft as I thought. Incredibly warm.

This is a nice fleece however it sheds quite a bit. I have only washed it once so may improve. But for now my black pants are fuzzy

Nice and warm on AM walks - but it is a petite and sleeves and length are longer than most of my clothes.

This is a really nice fleece hoodie. I like all the attention to detail ie: pockets, zipper installation, nice storm flap, cuff binding AND the scuba hood as I'm not a fan of drawstrings and dangling cords. Also like that there's good butt coverage, for really cold temps here in the Pacific NW. Overall a terrific piece of winter clothing. With the sale and my bean bucks, I saved a bundle of $$$$$....very happy with my purchase!

I got this on sale. It fits true to size. Feels very comfortable. Weather hasn't been cold enough to try it yet hence the 4 stars.

A little more snug than I'd like but otherwise perfect

I wanted to love this. The fleece is soft and cozy. I had purchased it in black so I liked how the chest pocket matched the rest of the jacket (I don't like the ones that have a different colored chest pocket) and I liked the tasteful LL Bean logo. I felt my regular size medium was a little snug and I wanted room to layer underneath. However, the large was just too big overall. LLBean, please make this in a beautiful bright deep navy with the same color chest pocket and please make it with a little more room while still making it look somewhat fitted and flattering.

Well made, great slate blue gray color, but a little too long for me. I'm 5'6" and the XL completely covered my rear - which may be what you're looking for! It wasn't what I was looking for, so I sent it back.

Hood fits well and I don't need a cord to keep it on.

I wish I could love this jacket because the fleece is really nice & cozy. I would prefer zippered hand pockets instead of the patch chest pocket. I guess it is sized for a smart phone, but wearing my smart phone on my chest would be very uncomfortable. Lastly, the hood is kinda bunchy and frumpy. Would prefer a stand-up collar.

My warmest hoodie. I own it in two neutral colors so I can wear it with anything.

It's light but also warm for 60s and above weather.

Very warm and soft! Great for cold morning nature trail walks or running errands.

Very soft and cozy! Perfect for chilly morning walks or evenings around a bonfire. Everything feels up to the quality I'm used to from ll bean. Deducted one star because it doesn't hold up well to gusty wind it goes right through it.

I really love the color and fit of this fleece. I do wish there was zippers on the pockets for when i go hiking but it was not a deal breaker for me. However I have worn it a few times and I get teal shedding and pilling everywhere, on my pants, car seats and backpack. It is very frustrating and annoying. Otherwise great fleece!

This is a nice warm coat. Good for temps in the low 50s. The reason for just 4 stars is that I find it a bit bulky and not very stylish. But otherwise, it fits well and keeps me warm.

Cozy and well made. The gray is a nice neutral color. Ordered a petite XS, fit as expected. The hood is a welcome addition to my collection of LL Bean fleece jackets.

Meets my basic reason for buying, to keep me warm. The cut is very straight and therefore a little awkward to get on and off and bulges when I sit down. Had a little trouble with the zipper at first.

I love nearly everything about this jacket, the color, length, warmth and roomy fit, enough to give it 5 stars BUT the amount of shedding produced by this expensive and alledged high-end fleece is ridiculous and super disappointing! I wear hard contacts so my eyes are super sensitive to lint and dust in the air and landing in my eyes which happend a lot with this jacket. That issue, coupled with the lint covering my leggings was a total bummer. But because I liked so many other components of this jacket and because I got it on sale I decided to chance it and keep it instead of returning it to see if I could solve the issue by washing it a bunch. I washed it 5x's before being able to wear it....and even still I get lint it my eyes but it's manageable and I hope with more washes it will one day stop.
