I've looked everywhere for a fleece with a hood and finally found it at L L BEAN. Made my day and the fit was perfect.

Lightweight and warm mid- layer. I have a bunch of these and wear them almost every day during winter. I hope the zipper will hold up after a year because on my last one the zipper broke and I had to replace it.

I ordered this in a medium petite for a friend. The sleeve length is great. Also, the pale green-blue color is perfect with her coloring. This is the usual excellent L L Bean qualityso worth the extra money.

Nice fitting fleece jacket. Has a hood and made to keep you warm but not too hot!

I got the seafoam color and it is so beautiful mixed with the gray. I like the added chest pocket for look and function. The jacket is very soft, warm, and true to size.

Positives: The fleece is cozy, the color is my favorite, and the fit is comfortable. Negatives: Only one. Unless I wear a sleeveless blouse or a shirt of a smooth, woven fabric, the jacket is *very* difficult to get on and off. Because both of my shoulders have arthritis and problems with rotator cuffs, if I want to wear it, I need help. Since I live alone, it's awkward to frequently ask a neighbor to help me put on or take off the jacket, so. until I add a lining of some type, I'm afraid it's going to hang in my closet unused. Boo hoo

Very nice quality and fit. Purchased dark gray, it is more blue gray, but okay. Nice pockets and hood, very warm for running around. Washes up great.

Really like the fleece with a hood, so 5 stars. It fits as expected and provides reliable warmth. I have used this as a travel jacket and it worked well. That being said I don't love the zippered chest pocket. I don't like neither the location or style. It is really uncomfortable to place a heavy phone or camera in that location. Likewise it's really awkward for money or whatnot. I would prefer zippered side pockets and maybe an interior chest pocket.

This fleece is a medium weight, fits great and is comfy. Medium petite fit great as I am 5ft, 2in, 125#. The sleeves have a stretchy "cuff" which is perfect. Love it.

I purchased it for elderly mother and she says it's very nice, warm fleece jacket, just perfect for chilly days on the beach. Black color is very beautiful and highly recommend it.

I purchased this fleece in black, size medium. I am 5'4" and weigh 140 lbs. It is warm yet can be worn under a jacket for added warmth. Perfect for my upcoming trip to Alaska.

I got the 1X and the fit is generous. The placket area of the zipper is wide and seam-finished which provides for easy operation of the zipper and neat appearance. The chest pocket is large enough for an iPhone and the hood is actually functional unlike so many fashion hoodies out there with exaggerated and oversized necklines. The hood fits perfectly over a baseball cap without being too loose or tight. The hand pockets are generous but no zippers. The depth of the pockets keeps items reasonably secure. Frankly, I've been astonished at how hard it is to find a decent full-zip hoody but this is it.

This jacket is so warm and cozy!! I wear it on cold mornings watching my son play tball. I also recently took it on a snow trip to layer under my snow jacket. It's the perfect jacket for layering but also a great stand alone jacket.

It's so hard to find a fleece zip jacket with a hood! This one is thick, cozy, perfect for season change weather. It's pretty good at keeping out wind. The zipper is sturdy and easy to pull. Only minus is no zipper on the hand pockets, but the chest zipper does offer safe storage.
