I like that this jacket is thin and lightweight but still warm. I live in the south where it only gets cold for a few months. Other than that, I can usually use a lighter jacket. This is working for both temperatures. I wish I would have gotten the one with the hood, and I wish the pockets had more than a snap. They're not that cozy. Jacket fits good--I ordered XL, and that is usually my size for sweatshirts and coats. The main thing I don't like is I ordered "Gunmetal Gray" color, but it really looks blue to me. I came back here to look, and it is definitely different than the photo. I'd rather have it be more gray.

Bought it for my wife and we both thought it would be thicker.

This jacket would be perfect if it had a secure interior pocket. Been searching for a simple tailored jacket without a hood and a zippered interior pocket. Love the snap pockets on exterior. Maybe next year styles will be better. Wish LLBean would consider interior pockets on all outerwear, and also optional hoods. Personally strongly dislike the bulk of hoods that I never use.

I have owned this jacket for a few years and love it so much that I purchased it as a gift. Unfortunately, the zipper pull came off on the first wear, but customer service is wonderful and they are replacing the jacket.

Loved the weight of this jacket, it was just what I was looking for. I wanted something on the thinner side to wear with sweaters. Unfortunately while it fit well in most places it was a little tight in the back arm area. I have a larger chest and wider shoulders/back and this is an issue I deal with frequently. I ordered a medium and considered exchanging it for a large but was afraid it would've been too big everywhere else.

This jacket is a good fit. So far have not tested it in below freezing temps but has been keeping me warm in 35-50 temps. I really miss inside pockets with this jacket hopefully in the future it is upgraded with pockets!

it is warm enough for 30+ and does a good job of blocking wind and light rain. i wanted something without a hood so i can wear a hoodie under it or a scarf, works perfectly. i am usually a petite but this xs regular fits fine, a little roomy for layering and sleeves can overlap my glove cuffs a little. reason for 4 stars is because for the price it should have an interior pocket.

Great jacket, but even the small was a bit large on me, and usually I wear a medium. Nice and light but still keeps me warm in 40 degree weather, with a sweater.

Good quality Didnt fit. Was a bit boxy for my build. Im slim in the hips. It flared a bit. Nice color. Lightweight. Packable. I didnt have it long enough to judge.

It's a very well made jacket. The color is more muted and redder than the picture online. It runs large as usual from LL Bean so size down from the inches on the size chart.

Nice jacket. Fits well. I bought it for an upcoming trip to Alaska. Wanted something I could use for layering. The only thing I would like to see added is a secure inside pocket.

I wanted a jacket for when the weather starts to get a bit warmer where my heavy down jacket is too much. This jacket works perfectly for that. My only complaint is the length of the sleeves; way too long! I've never had this problem with llbean's petite items.

I love the weight and comfort of this jacket. It is great for driving, not bulky at all. I do wish the pockets had zippers instead of snaps, but overall I would buy this again.

I didn't know what to expect for warmth given that usually "puffer jacket" would refer to a jacket warm enough to wear skiing, but this definitely is not that insulated. The styling is deceiving because I would probably equate it to the warmth of a lined windbreaker. It seems well made. As often mentioned, LLB used to put two way zippers in jackets that bunch up when you sit down while zipped up, and that would have been nice for this one. I won't wear it until it warms up.

I really wish I could give this review 4.5 Stars instead! This is a great lightweight but warm jacket with a slight puffer. The only complaint I have for this jacket is how it fit; I'm usually between and xl and 1x and went with the 1x this time but it was wider in the belly are and smaller in the arms and I wish it was the opposite. All together tho I really like this jacket! Also, the gray is more of a blue gray

Needs an inside pocket for phone or wallet. Zipped pocket better

For 1plus is running little small. I still can use but could be more large for more comfort and could have minimum one pocket inside.

This jacket isn't as warm as I had hoped it would be. It looks nice and is very light weight, but any temperature under 40 degrees it didn't keep me warm.

I am 5'4" 127lbs, 29" waist, 34DD, and ordered medium. The medium was way too big, even trying it on over a t-shirt and sweatshirt. The small would have likely been roomy enough and a better choice.

The color for the grey is totally off. It is a blue jacket.
