I normally wear a large but ordered the extra large so that my winter sweaters will fit underneath comfortably. I'm so glad that I did. This is my new go to jacket for walking the dog or running errands. I can add layers under it in the colder temps but it's great for these Fall days with just a long sleeve shirt. It's my new three season jacket.

My new puffer jacket is great! Lightweight but toasty warm and comfortable to wear.

I wore this on an hour long walk in 30 degree weather with just a long sleeve shirt under (though with gloves and ear muffs). I started out cool, but was very warm by the end (had to lose the ear muffs by the end of the walk). I'm busty (34FF) and the medium fits well. The sleeves are long enough that I can pull them over my hands, but the elastic keeps them comfortably at my wrists without too much bulk. The pockets are deep enough that I'm not worried about my phone falling out, though a zipper would have been nice. Still, great cute jacket!

Bought one for myself, now it's the first jacket I grab. Not bulky, but warm. Pockets big enough, but would have liked an inside pocket. Great in the car, doesn't bunch up.
Bought 2 more, for hubby and my grown daughter.
Also like metal zipper. Easy to use.
A best buy, I would say.

This jacket looks fantastic. The insulation is light and warm. Out walking around town its kept me nice and warm. LLBean Plus sizes always fit a bit tight around the hips for me but perfect everywhere else and this jacket was exactly the same as the other 2X sizes I've tried from them. The steel gray color is super sharp and looks great in the woods or walking downtown. Very pleased.

I purchased this puffer jacket in black as a layer for all seasons. I wanted a mid weight puffer coat to throw on for walking the dog, biking or jogging. This was a great value! I like the brass zipper and button pockets. My only wish is that it had a zipper pocket on the inside of the coat. The size small is somewhat bulky in the shoulders and arm areas but the room allows for easy movement and multiple layers. The arms were also longer than I anticipated but the cut will fit very well over heavier gloves. Would definitely recommend!

It is the best jacket from the seller. I would like to get another color in the near future.

I needed a midweight jacket for late fall/early winter, before I have to switch to down jackets. Since I ride horses, work around the ranch and hike, I didn't need a bunch of bells and whistles or trendy styling: just a durable, wind and water-resistant jacket an affordable price. This is it! Fits true to size (I'm always an LL Bean "medium") with enough room for a long sleeved shirt or henley over a base layer. The sleeves fit my long arms; body length is at low hip. I got the gray color which is a neutral blue-gray.

I truly do love this jacket. It's very warm. I enjoy the gray/blue color. The only thing that worries me are the snap pockets. I sure hope they hold up. I ordered a Petite large and it fits perfectly . 5'3" 145

Jacket is very warm, light-weight and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a two-way zipper or a snap closure at the top of the jacket. Sometimes, it's nice to wear the jacket opened-up, but have a closure at the neck area. I bought a large because medium was too small, so it's a little too roomy and the sleeves are too long.

Overall happy with the jacket, although I don't care for the snap pockets. I would much prefer zip. Fit is good, and warmth is good for the price.

Very nice light-weight jacket, with attractive style details. It could be a little longer to provide more coverage below the hips.

I loved the jacket and the grey blue color but it was too light weight for what I needed. Sadly I ended up returning it. LL Bean made this so easy. It was first return with a number of purchases. For a less heavy jacket, I'd recommend it.

Love this coat. I was not sure about size, but wanted to be able to wear over layers of fleece. So went with a medium. I could have fit into a small, but then would not have been able to add layers underneath.
Note: I was ordering online for home delivery, so trying it on before purchase was not an option.

I have this item (size M regular) in the coat length and absolutely love it because there is room to layer and room to move, and it has the double zipper for undoing the bottom to make car rides more comfortable. I wish this jacket length were roomier in the hips to allow for layering. The rest of the jacket fits fine.

This coat is lightweight but warm. One warning: its cut is not the friendliest for larger-chested women. I normally wear a size 14/38D, so ordered the Large. It fit perfectly but was tight across the bust. I exchanged for an XL Petite, which is noticeably roomier in the body but only slightly roomier in the bust. This cut probably works best on less-curvy women.

I don't love the look of the shiny fabric but it is easy to slip on and off which is important to me! The pockets are big enough for mittens but have a snap instead of a zipper so smaller things can fall out, and I'm concerned the fabric will rip around the snap eventually due to use. Would have liked an additional phone sized zippered pocket inside, but for the price the jacket is fine. With layers underneath it's good down to maybe 40 degrees.

This is a nice looking, warm, and versatile jacket. The only reason I took a star off is because I got this very same jacket a year or two ago and some features that I loved about it do not exist with the new one. The side pockets no longer have zippers and there is no inside chest pocket like the older version has. I will continue to wear the old one for hiking because those features were necessary for my hikes. The new one will be for everyday wear around town. I still like it, but it was slightly disappointing to see the difference between the two. I love that it comes in Petite.

Jacket is pretty ( Sienna Brick) and has room to layer underneath. I ordered a small. However, it is not for colder weather. I can comfortably wear it when the temperature is near 40 here in the northeast. Pockets are roomy and have snaps. Not a fan of the single band of elastic around the wrists. That being said, the elastic is not too tight. It's just not what I would want on my sleeves. The high collar keeps the neck comfortable.

Nice color but the small is kind of baggy on me I would have liked a slimmer style
