Love the material, but those pockets gape and ruin the drape of the fabric. I'll keep both the grey and lavender ones I purchased but they're not for going out to dinner. Great for around the house. They do shrink up, so don't panic when you try them on out of the package.

Ok if you have small shoulders, but like other items, tight in shoulders and larger at bottom. Would be too tight when wearing shirt underneath. I wanted to like this so much.

The material is light and thin which is perfect if you are looking for an T-shirt material. The length was still too long for my petite frame so I had to return.

After 6 weeks of regular wear and wash, it's still soft but has pilled. For $70 I hoped it was something I could wear out of the house, but am just keeping for around the house.

I loved the sweater except for the LLBEAN LLBEAN LLBEAN across the back on a strip of material. Very noticeable. And the left front pocket has a rubber sticker that says LLBEAN! If I wanted to wear advertising I'll order a tshirt with the name all over it but not this nice sweater. The sticker alone looks like you forgot to take it off. Sending back.

This is definitely gray, no matter what they say. I was looking for black and this is labeled as midnight black. It isn't. It's gray

I really liked this cardigan. Sadly, the arm length is Too short. Please make this in Tall. Thanks!

Everything about this cardigan is wonderful except the trim fabric. The body has held up well, but the trim fabric is different. It began pilling almost immediately. I have kept it and used a sweater shaver to try to minimize the pilling. I hope the design will be changed so that the trim is a better fabric. I wear this cardigan at home now or going to the gym!

I know people love pockets but these pockets sag at the top edge even with nothing in them. Perhaps the combination of the cut and fabric are just not right to prevent this. I am 5'4", got XL Petite, sleeves fine, length is almost at my knees in back. I ordered a 2nd one to see if pocket issue on 1st was a defect but sadly it is the same in the 2nd one. Returning, and the hunt continues.

The fit was fine but I am disappointed in the performance. I have never really worn it - just tried it on then washed it. After following washing instructions, I tried it on again and the hem looks like a ruffle rather than hanging straight as it did when I tried it on. Disappointing - I can still wear it because it is comfortable and fits, but only around the house.

Material is very soft and comfy but not great for cardigan. Anything in pocket causes them to sag badly. If you don't use pockets nice but I bought for pockets.

The cardigan is very soft and comfortable however I plan to return it. I do not like the LLBean shiny label on the lower left side. At first I thought it was a sticker that needed to be removed. In addition, I am looking for a bit more warmth.

I would recommend order up 1 size. Very tight. It is nicely made. I ordered midnight black. It's actually a pretty washed out Grey. Not ugly but not black. I love how it feels, just wish it were true sizing and color.

I just really don't like anything about it. Should have looked at it first in the store.I don't like the thin material and its too long and it wasn't cheap.

General sleeve length, body length fit my size. Lighter weight fabric still retains some shape. Excellent wrap for transitional-season weather.

Love the color but it doesn't cover in the front. Nice length but doesn't fit true to size 3X.

It looked frumpy on me; the material wasn't great and I wanted something a bit more coldly.

This is a soft and warm cardigan. I love wearing it. I have the gray that goes with everything. I ordered a size L and it is roomy, the way I like my clothes to fit. You will not be disappointed in choosing this cardigan!

I've shopped with LL Bean for at least 3 decades so it pains me to say that this item is one of 3 garments I've purchased this year that totally failed to clear the quality bar. I've bought 4 of these over the past few years and I loved the item. This season I bought another charcoal version and it pilled very conspicuously on the the front placket and cuff before I even washed it once. Rayon is a very fragile material but the previous versions held up well enough to justify replacing an attractive and cozy coverup. I'll be returning this for quality defects, but I'm sad to lose this piece

I sometimes order a 2X and sometimes 3X. I ordered a 3X in this, expecting it would be a tiny bit loose in a good way. Surprise! The cut on this is so ungenerous that moving my arms forward strained the back of the garment. And the front edges had to be pulled just to meet in front. Sending it back!

Not what I had hoped for. I wanted a sweater, not just a cover-up. I wanted something that would be warm. This material might be good for warm weather but who needs a cover-up in warm weather?

Very thin and cheap looking. It just looks like an old piece of fabric hanging off you. No style at all. Looked good on the model online.

I am sorry, but this is one item I returned as soon as I tried it on. The design of the pockets is terrible. They stick out from the garment. If there were no pockets at all, it would have been a nice cardigan. I usually like the things I buy from Bean, but this one is a miss.

Too small all overlength was good, material nice, but runs very small. I get a size bigger so I can wrap it around methis doesn't even close in the front
