I recently purchased sweatshirt and washed it on gentle after wearing. It came out with two tiny holes near the zipper. This is really disappointing especially considering the price. The light blue is very nice but the petite is still too long.

Bought this pullover slightly over a year ago. It was only worn during the late fall, winter, and early spring (in total prob worn about 6-7 weeks during that period). Despite not being very old, it is fraying around the kangaroo pocket. This item was washed in cold water on delicate and air dried. Unfortunately, this is not the 1st item I have bought from llbean recently that failed/fell apart quickly. Will no longer be purchasing from llbean since quality has dropped so much. Of course, this item is falling apart just past the warranty is over.

This was one of my favorites but when I went to wear recently I noticed 2 tears in the quilted area over the pocket. I am careful with my clothes so this was not normal wear and tear. I stopped buying tops from another company because of poor quality and am very disappointed in LL B now too. Would love to buy again but given the price and quality I definitely have second thoughts

I thought llbean was the best quality and since I had bought this particular garment before I didnt check but it is the same price for cheaper fabric. I loved llbean for their continued use of 100% cotton. I am sad that I was duped. By body does not agree with plastic fabric

I received this pullover for Christmas size 14-16 .this article runs smai ll. I would size up. My regular size with lllbean is size 14-16. Because I don't want anything to tight. Disappointed in the product.

Loved the color and the style! The fit was off. It was more like a tall regular than a petite. It was long in body and in the arms. I prefer cotton fabric. This was a combination fabric It was clingy with little give. In my opinion, not for Petites. Perhaps it was mis-sized.

I recently purchased this in a beautiful soft rose color, and I was initially thrilled with it. The shade is absolutely stunning, adding a lovely pop to my wardrobe. The fabric feels soft against the skin and I love the quilting. Great layering piece. However, I faced a major disappointment with the material quality. After wearing it just once, during a typical day of grocery shopping and a morning walk,I encountered a large snag and two holes that ruined the front of the sweatshirt. I would expect a sweatshirt to withstand normal daily activities, but this one simply did not hold up. If the material were of better quality, I would wholeheartedly endorse this product. Unfortunately, given how quickly it became damaged after minimal wear, I can't recommend it. I'm genuinely sad about it, because I barely got to enjoy this pretty sweatshirt for more than five hours before it was essentially ruined. It's a beautiful piece, but the lack of durability is a significant flaw.

I ordered two of these. While the fit is perfect, the collar is a real annoyance. It is difficult to wear with the front unzipped as the collar does not lie flat. Last year I ordered two similar jackets with a full front zip. Same problem. I'm really sad to be returning them, but the collars are a nuisance.

I ordered it for my sister so she will make final decision, however I think the quality is not LL Bean quality for $79.95.

Material felt like cheap polyester. Not the quality I expect from LL bean. Also a wee bit snug. I returned it.

I have a couple of these very pretty quilted sweatshirts. The beautiful soft pink color of this one really makes it a standout!

Love the colors and fit but the front pocket quilted material has holes with one delicate wash. Called customer service, but they insisted I return the item before they would send a replacement If you read the other reviews, you can see, it's a known problem. I purchased 4 of these and they all have the same problem.

I have purchased six of these sweatshirts. I love them. They fit well, are made well and I love the kangaroo pocket. HOWEVER, every one of them has gotten small holes in the quilting after about a year of wearing. I darned the first one thinking it was an anomaly. It wasn't. Very disappointed.

I love the color and the length of this pullover. I am 5'9 and have a long torso. The large fits perfectly in length and I can even turn the cuffs. The disappointing part is the waist band. It is all stretched out and is very unflattering. I can tell the elastic has just broken down over time. I thought washing may tighten it up a bit but nope, still is slack, stretched out and hangs. It's too bad as I wanted to like this pullover. Sadly, I would have to package the item, pay for shipping, and pay for the exchange. LL Bean has certainly gone down in quality.

Most disappointing! Bought three and two pilled in the underarms and inside the full length of the arms after just two wearings. Seems to be par for the course anymore.

I bought this shirt last year and loved it so much I bought one for my friend. Not so much love now as the sleves, the sides, and the collar faded. The quilted front and back as well as the band on the bottom and the cuffs retained the original color.

Thiis one was defective - arms long enough for an ape.

Looks nice out of the bag, BUT I wore twice and washed twice and it's pilling badly under the arms! I have another one that is similar and it's over 2 years old. It doesn't pill. I will not be buying this one again.

Nice quilted sweatshirts but the bottom was too big!

Everything was too large and bulky for me with this pullover.

The collar is unnecessarily oversized and due to the heavy zipper, it refuses to lay flat when the zipper is only partially zipped. This is too bad since the pullover itself is quite soft and warm.

I like the sweatshirt but holes quickly formed on the front part and now the threads are starting to pull out.

loved the warmth of this, but the quilted fabric is thinner than regular sweatshirt and wears out really fast. i own about 10 of these but will not be buying again.

Fit well thru the shoulders, good length; however, waistband has no elasticity and is much too loose. Hangs very loosely and baggy at the hip, making it unattractive and not warm.

If you are looking for warmth, this is not your sweater. Very thin and skimpy in the material. Looks nice, but not for winter!!
