These tunics were just what I was looking for. The petites were just the right size and felt comfortable.

I love L.L.Bean shirts, I used to buy them all the time, then I had some hard times and wasn't able to. I bought a few recently and they fit great, look great and feel great. After one wash they have shrunk considerably and I can not wear them. I do wish they would wash the fabric before making the shirts. A little shrinkage I can deal with, but not what is happening to these shirts.

I wanted to love this shirt so much but it was a disappointment. They run very small and are not long enough. I am 5'6" and I wanted to wear with leggings and wanted it to be longer. Plus runs very small. Will be returning.

This ran large and hangs below hip. Not a flattering look for me stretching the fabric over my hips. Your standard Pima Cotton Shaped Tees are so much more flattering in their slightly below waist length! I just wish they also came in more colors and in prints.

Soooo soft and comfortable, and look like new. I've had some ten years old, and they look as old as new one

Okay at first but quality has gone downhill bigtime. I wash as directed but it doesn't take long for the bottoms to stretch out and then they look horrible on you. I love the material and these shirts used to be so much better.

Too large and a generally sloppy look (neck line). Order two sizes down (small is actually a large after wearing an hour)

this tunic does not wash well. The front vee section crumples and would need to be ironed.

I've told Bean several times that their new tops are no good for older people who now are a bit overweight with an enlarged tummy. and midriff bulge. We do not want our tops "slightly fitted to softly shape the body". I don't want my body softly shaped; I want it hidden. I love my old Bean tops but these are impossible. Why not produce clothing for ALL of their customers? I've been a loyal customer of Bean since the early '80's. Maybe longer. Now they're a waste of my time.

I am so disappointed in the current version of this Split Neck Tunic. I have had 2 of these tops from previous years and absolutely loved them. I ordered this top in my regular size L. It was too large and much longer than my old ones. I returned it and ordered a M. It just didn't fit at all. Not too small but it just did not fit. Perhaps my old tops are not tunics but the length of both of these was not wearable for me. What have you done to your sizing that has always been so true???

The material is very nice quality but it is very shapeless - like wearing a small tent.

Med is my usual size and just right for the square neck shirt, but too tight. I will need a larger size.

This shirt is not a tunic. It is less than 23 inches. It is nice material & well made. Color is pretty, but it is much too short to be a tunic and cover your bottom as tunics are supposed to

The hem on the sleeve came undone on the first wearing - I'll be returning. I have many of these from previous years and loved them - long enough to wear out and hides the bulges. This has never happened previously. So it would be. 5, except for unexpected falling out hem.

Runs large/roomy fit, too long. Nice but not right for my body shape, 5'2.5", 145 lbs.

The shirt was lovely and a perfect fit out of the bag. After one washing, gentle cycle, low dryer heat, the tunic length had shrunk 2-3 inches, making it unwearable It's going back to the store.

It was called tunic, but needed another 3-4 inches to be a 30" tunic. Far too short and bottom flared out like a tent. Was quite disappointed. Nice soft fabric. I wish they would give length dimensions as when you are 5'7" it makes a difference. Just saying tunic on a 26-27" top doesn't work. Would work well for a maternity top for someone in need.

I ordered this top. It fit great when I bought it, then I washed it in cold water and dried on cool. I then had a top that didn't quite reach my waist and had short sleeves. Unfortunately this happened to two other shirts I purchased from this company too.

I generally wear a 12-14. This should have been very roomy, which it was in the waist, but way too short. I felt like I had plumber butt. Every time I would bend over it would ride up my back. Washing it once only made it shrink more, making it unwearable. I hate short tops.

The top is too long for a short person. Looks like a 1960's era maternity top. The top opening is wide, with just makes a short person look squatty. Just not a good style for a petite.

Very disappointed! I have been buying your Pima tops for at least five years. I have in all colors. But this time my Petite XL was way too long and too big. I am 4'10" and the size has always fit in the past. I am returning it today ~ not sure I can trust the tops to fit the way they have in the past!! Again, a very disappointed customer.
