I bought the dark celadon and white. The fabric has a soft silky hand and launders well. My only complaint is the length of these shirts. After the first wash they shrink in length so that the shirt is no longer long enough to tuck into your jeans. If you are short waisted, these shirts will be perfect for you.

I love the fabric and the colors but the shirt and the sleeves shrink too short. I am short-waisted so one wouldn't think that that would be an issue but it is. I have been buying these shirts for many years and it is only in recent years that they have been shrinking.

I have both short and long-sleeved varieties of this t-shirt in violet chalk, plum, and ocean. It's a lovely top with great quality. The French rolled neckline is so much nicer than the usual ribbed version. I appreciate that we are getting away from the sausage roll tight t-shirts, a real plus for women who have had a child or two--even if we are fit and thin. While the plum is nice, the other colors are a little off somehow. I would have purchased five each of long and short-sleeved if the color choices were not so, so--not great on a person with my type of coloring. Whoever is in charge of choosing the colors, please include more muted, soft, cool colors for your next lineup: iris, mulberry, raspberry, eggplant, soft blackberry, wine, ice blue, wisteria, cornflower, rose, periwinkle, indigo, rose taupe, eucalyptus, cool sage, winter white, etc. Thank you.

It's a basic shirt. I use it as a PJ top, and it's comfortable and serves well for that. I'd appreciate another couple of inches in length, but it's fine.

I have several of these shirts and overall love them . The cotton fabric is wonderful, the sleeve length is perfect but. . . .
My only complaint is the shirts themselves are TOO SHORT!
They do not stay tucked into my jeans or slacks and nothing is more uncomfortable than that.
If you could offer a size XS- long I would buy 10 or more of them tomorrow.

This shirt fabric does not have the same nice feel as previous pima cotton shirts I have gotten. It also seems to have been changed in width. The side seams do not go straight down to the waist and bottom hem. It gets wider as it goes down and I do not like that.

The sleeves are a little short and the color (lavender) is not a pretty shade. It has a lot of gray in the lavender.

I'm glad I upgraded and paid a few dollars more for the pima cotton version of this shirt. Definitely worth it. I am sad though that the arms shrunk a little after going in the dryer and now hits above my wrist which I hate and I pull them down all day long. But I'm tall and this is usually the case with all long sleeve shirts I get. I was hoping it would not shrink as much as it did. In the future if I get another, I wouldn't put it in the dryer because when I wore it new out of the package, it fit perfect. I could not have ordered one size larger because then it would just hang on me. The rest of the shirt did not shrink that much - just the arms. In the future I just wouldn't put it in the dryer

I own at least eight pima cotton tees, both long sleeve and three-quarter sleeve. Just when I think I know my perfect size, I end up exchanging it, going back and forth between Petite XS and S. The sizing is just not consistent, especially if an item is restocked. If you appreciate LLBean for the good quality, but have difficulty with the sizing, get their credit card for free shipping and free returns.

I purchased two of these t-shirts. One in dark green; one in lavender. They fit well and the colors are lovely. However, the fabric smelled awful when I took them out of their packaging! I went ahead and washed them twice and then put them through the dryer with a scented dryer sheet. The smell diminished considerably and has gotten less and less. Love the t-shirts. Hated the initial smell.

Beautiful color, quality material and construction . I've literally lived in these for the past year. Couldn't find anything more suitable for pandemic uniform.

I like these shirts, but I suggest ordering up a size. I got two of this style and one with cowl neck, and all of them shrank. I washed them all in cold, and dried two of them. The other I hung to dry. The ones I dried in the dryer certainly shrank about an 1 inch - so be sure to dry on low (I missed that part). Still, the one I hung to dry also shrank, about an 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in the arms and length. I'll order mediums from now on and be sure to hang to dry or use the low setting.

I love these tees. They are comfortable and are a mainstay of my casual wardrobe. HOWEVER, they shrink in general length as well as arm length after a few washings. And yes, I follow the washing instructions exactly. Can't LL Bean make these a little longer or provide a "tall" size and give those of us who like a more elegant and relaxed look a fighting chance? I am only 5'3" but hate wearing a shirt that looks as if it belongs to a child.

I have owned this shirt for a year now. The shirt is very well made, hasn't shrunk much and the color has held up well. I am 5'6" so I'm at the top of the medium size chart and the sleeves and shirt length were already at the minimum length that I like them. Now that I have washed it several times it is just a little too short in the sleeves and length. I only wear it under sweatshirts now. If this shirt came in Med Tall or Tall I would continue buying them.

I received my Pima Cotton T-Shirt today and love how soft it is. It fits great except wish it was a little bit longer. It will be perfect with a vest over it but not to wear by itself.

I have several of these long-sleeved t-shirts. They're a little tight over my midriff bulge! But I like the softness and warmth. A good value.

I've purchased a number of these in different colors. The fit seems to vary. This one was a bit tighter (and I have NOT gained weight recently). When it arrived it had a strange smell (kind of acidic) which disappeared at the first washing.
I'd like to see a better smelling, more consistent in fit product.

The size was just right as received, but laundering (according to the directions) made it a little snug, which is disappointing. I ordered small petite, and will size up in the future. In particular, the arms seemed to get tight, that is tight-around, not shorter in length.

The tee is very high quality and probably is true to size. I'm not sure what size I ordered but the label says S/Petite. The shoulders fit well, but the length of the sleeves is just a bit too short and the shirt length is about 2 inches shorter than I prefer. Next time I'll try ordering a Small. Perhaps that is the difference.

I originally purchased a petite large in several of these tees but exchanged for petite mediums which fit better overall. However, even though I washed in cool water and dried on low heat, they shrunk 2" in length. One didn't get washed with the others so I was able to actually measure the length of the washed vs unwashed. Kind of disappointed in this because I like my tees to hit a little longer than just below waist length, which they did before washing. If I order more I guess I'll go with a regular medium to allow for this.

The fabric feels rather "silky" instead of like a regular t-shirt, which is what I wanted. The seam finishes do not lay flat and they bug my skin. That's a major issue for me and I wear a lot of things inside-out. Because the neckline on this shirt is enclosed on both sides I can wear it nicely under V-necks and cardigans, wrong side out..

I have been buying these pima tee shirts for many years. They are high quality and soft tee shirts. But they do shrink a bit. However, it would be nice if these were offered in more wearable pastel colors like Petal pink, soft blue haze, lilac, and rich colors like olive green, saddle, dark charcoal, royal blue, etc.
