I like the fit and coverage of this shirt. It is light, so wearing it on a hot day is still comfortable. I was disappointed that after one wearing, there was pilling on the sleeves. I decided not to return it since it is still functional.

Great fit, comfortable, the material was great for keeping dry after getting out of the pool

My reason for only 3 stars is because I bought similar products here a few years ago that I liked better because they had a thicker, more sturdy fabric. I did get 2 of these shirts this year so I could have different colors. I do like the bright yellow to wear while kayaking to be more visible on the water. I hope more brights/safety colors are offered in a slightly thicker fabric in the future. I vary between wearing medium and large and went with the medium in the crewneck.

The fit wasn't right for me , nor was it flattering. Possibly OK for a person thinner than I. The cobalt color was lovely.

I was looking for sun protection for playing golf and being out in the sun. I'm sure this shirt offers good sun protection but the fabric is way to heavy and warm for me. The fit was how i expected, a bit loose, but not dumpy , as I did not want a close fitting shirt. i usually wear M in LLBean shirts.

I am 5' 9" and 140 lbs and I typically wear a size Small in LL Bean. This sun shirt in size Small has an awkward cut. The sleeves are a good 2-3 inches too short and the width underneath the arm pits is too wide. When I reach my arms out to the sides it looks like I have webbed arms. Overall length is rather short too. I do like the feel of the fabric. Very soft. Not sure if I will return. Functionality may win over design/style.

This shirt is not like the heavy duty ones you sold last season! The new one has only been worn a month and it has already stretched out! I washed by hand and hung dry. I liked the perfect fit when I first put it on! I liked it and perhaps I just got a dud so I'm trying a medium and maybe it will fit perfectly after it stretches out!

Did not like the very loose and baggy long sleeves. Fits like a worn-out shirt after just a few swims. body of shirt over the torso is also very loose, although I followed the sizing directions. I've already used it so I can't send it back. I ordered an XS. I'm 5'7" and 112 lbs..

Great shirt - ugly colors how about, white , grey, black, charcoal

I wanted to like this swim top. The material is lightweight and cool. BUT the scoop neckline is cut too low, and exposes too much skin on the shoulders and neck, to be sun-protective. For a "SunSmart" top, it's not sun smart!

I first ordered a large as I usually wear large or sometimes extra large LL Bean clothes however the medium is still too large! I'll try a small! I liked last years product a lot, fit right and didn't stretch out!

I paid full price for this shirt last year have never put it in the dryer and it has pilled under the arms and the neck line is drooping. I'm very disappointed. I will never pay full price again not worth it.

I absolutely love the color of this shirt and it was the main reason I purchased it, but it's very thin and cheap looking. I wore it once and will probably end up trashing it.

When it arrived I thought it was a bit tight. However, after wearing it once it stretched way out. I will be returning it.

The cobalt sun shirt is a very pretty color and of a nice weight. However, after it was laundered by hand, water was squeezed out of it in the sink, and it was rolled in a thick towel then hung to dry, the shirt took 15 hours to dry. This is very slow and unsuited to the travel purpose I had in mind. Thus, I returned this shirt

I wore this shirt kayaking right after I bought it. When I got home after a few hours on the water, the short showed severe pilling under the arms where it contacted my life jacket and a couple of snags on the sleeve. I returned it. Definitely NOT activewear! Might be OK if all you're going to do is sit in the sun, but it will certainly not stand up to active use.

I currently own one of these tops and I wanted to order another one. It was backordered for sometime. When it finally arrived it was very different from the older one. Different material, different color, different fit. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.

The shirt had a really bad odor. Chemical odor. I had to wash it three times to get the smell out before I could wear it.
