Awaiting warmer weather before wearing, but L.L. Bean is terrific and I'm always impressed by the way these clothes are finished. One of my favorite items of clothing!

These are great, but seem to run quite short. I am 5'1" and the petite pants were a bit too short. That almost never happens. Regular were a much better fit all around.

I am 5'7" and the length on the size 4 pants was spot on . I don't have the thinnest legs so I love the wide leg style (123lbs). We had our first hot day at 87 yesterday & it was a dream to pit the pants on rather than my winter cords

Very wide leg throughout, wishing the ankle was a little narrower. Very comfortable. Pants stay up well, good waistband : )

The rise is so short (9 inches) waist fits below natural waist, elastic rubs and might fit my waist but not my belly. The fabric is rough, significant horizontal creasing even after washing.

Comfortable and easy to wear, especially when it's warmer. The front feels a tiny bit too roomy, like there is too much fabric maybe, but not enough that I was bothered to return and try a different size. I probably could have sized down to a M but the L works fine.

These pants were what I wanted--great light fabric, perfect length, lovely color (light chambray)--BUT the rise is so short that the waistband is a full two inches below my belly button, and ends up sitting just above my hip bones. The look the pants give me is waist-less and rectangular. I know that I am long-waisted and short-legged, so it may well be that these pants will work perfectly for those who don't have my particular build. I sadly returned them.

I returned these pants; they gapped terribly at the waist & it was not possible to cinch them in enough with the drawstring. Otherwise, they seemed a good product.

These seem well made. I am a solid size 8 in other brands and I ordered a size 6 regular. I am returning them as the pattern in the fabric (a cross cross denim color) looks dated and they are just not my style. They fit otherwise if not a little long. I ordered the darker color.

The pants were too long and I didn't like the wide bell bottoms so I've returned the pants. Sent them out today. The sizing was good and I liked the fabric. The styling could have been a bit better. I'm almost 5'8 and I wear plus sizes.

I ordered a petite large and it was huge and the length was extremely long. It was like trying on a tent. Will be returning them. Customer service was so nice and understanding!

Wore these once before washing. They are excessively big in the front, lot of extra material. I know they're high rise, but I feel like I need to compensate for the baggy fit by hiking them way up above my waist. I've since washed them, hoping they shrank a bit but doubt it. I should've just returned them for a different style, but I really like the look of these.

Too long. Like the fit but had to pay to have it turned up which doesn't make sense

I bought these jeans because I thought they looked comfortable and would be great for travel. I am petite at 5'2" and purchased a size 4 petite based on the size guide. These pants were huge. They are designed to be wide legged, but there was just too much fabric in the seat and in the legs. I usually wear a 2 or 4 based on the brand, and I love the quality of Bean products, but these were a complete miss for me and I am returning them. Ladies, if you are petite, these will be very large and frumpy.

These are nice pants with a good style, nice light fabric, and are true to size. I won't get to enjoy them however because I'm 5'11" and the medium tall length is too short. Why oh why LLBean can't you offer all your pants in a true tall length? You are missing out on tall customers who would live to buy and wear your clothes.

Well made, nice material but not a good look for me. The pants didn't fit well, but they looked so terrible on me that I didn't bother with another size. My body type is not for these pants. Probably good for a tall, not overweight figure.

Great material. Love the style. Very comfotable. But way too long.

These pants ran very short , didn't like the color or the fabric. Returned to store!

I like everything about these except the low rise. I'm 5'2" 100lb and ordered the size 2 regular (not petite), which fit quite well. Nice summer-weight fabric, cut is loose-fitting without being baggy, length is fine, but I am returning because the low rise put these 2 inches below my belly button, which I find unflattering. I would like to see LLBean offer more pants with a higher rise.

A bit higher rise than I would prefer. I can tie the drawstring tight enough to keep them up but wish I didn't have to wear them up so high. Length is good and overall fit is nice. Material was heavier than I thought it would be, wish it was a little lighter for summer.

I had to have the legs altered to take out some of the fabric -- the 'wide leg' was too wide for my taste. I do love the quality of the fabric and the little bit of stretch. Not crazy about the so called 'favorite fit' -- I would love to see this fabric with straight legs and a classic fit at the waist. The fit through the hips is good for me because even though I carry too much weight, its not in my hips.

While the waist and hips fit well, the pants are super long (3"), even after washing. It's a shame that LL Bean doesn't offer Petite Plus.

material is a good quality. Waist is too high and fits like Mom Jeans.

I had to have the wide leg chambray pants altered because they were too long. That cost me $30 thanks I like the pants but I didn't expect an additional cost thank you.
