Well made but an unflattering design for me. For that reason I returned them.

I wish these were made in the regular lengths. I wear the ones with the cargo pockets all the time, but like this simpler cut. I'm not a fan of ankle pants. Please make these in medium tall!! They would become my wardrobe!

These were a nice slate color that matched many items from grays to blue. Comfortable and light.

Why can't pants be made longer? These pants are a nice light weight, perfect for these hot summer days. They could also be worn in the late Spring and early Fall. I just wish LL Bean made pants longer, not only these but all of their pants. Because of the shorter length (ankle length), I can only wear these pants in the summer with sandals, or with shoes if I roll the cuffs a couple of times. I cannot wear them with socks and shoes.

The fabric is much more comfortable on hot days than jeans. I do wish the inside seams were a little smoother on the skin.

Perfect in every way except... "natural fit" is not an "at waist" fit. I didn't know the difference. Now I do.

I bought 3 pairs in 3 different colors. All size 14 Regular. The Chambray & Henna colors were consistent in sizing and fit as they should at size 14Reg. The Indigo Slate color pants were a full size smaller and fit like a size 12Reg. All in all though, I love these pants. The ones that fit as I expected are wonderful. They are cropped and fall just below the calf. They are not too big in the legs like some other cropped pants but there is enough room to move around comfortably. They taper at the calf but are not constrictive. I would recommend these but caution on the sizing. Try them on right away so you know if you'll need to send them back. I have not laundered them yet so I don't know if the Henna color will bleed in the wash. I don't expect the Chambray color will bleed. Good Luck.

Nice color, comfortable waist, but cut too close in the knee area and below, which made them feel restrictive. They just did not drape well.

To be honest I didn't read the description which said these were ankle pants.I would have kept them if they were a normal length.

These are comfortable casual pants. Other posters have mentioned that they lose their shape pretty quickly, and this is true. If you order pants that are on the larger side for what you need, they will be too large after a short time wearing them. I suggest ordering a size down. Yes, they may be a tad snug when you first put them on, but that won't last and they will feel great. The fabric gets a little wrinkly out of the dryer, but they are casual enough that it isn't a big deal. I take them out right away and hang them up.

Pants are well-made and soft. I always wash new clothing before wearing and they washed up well with few wrinkles straight out of the dryer. Basic and comfortable.

Wanted pants to pull on for walking the dog or errands, or, maybe, with boots and a dressy sweater to wear to work. These are great, though a bit casual for work. But I love them and wish there were more color/pattern options. Do a houndstooth version in brownish or butterscotch tones and I'll be there!

I really like these pants. Only disappointment is the waist elastic is to thick.
These pants machine wash and dry well.
Great for travel too.

Five stars for fit and comfort. I have three pairs and love to wear them. Minus one star for wrinkles. If you buy these slacks keep your iron handy. I have tried special fabric softeners, drier balls, spritzing and steaming. They still are covered with wrinkles. You need to use a steam iron after every washing.

I believe the sizing for these pants is now running small. I have been wearing these pants for years and they are always a good fit. These new ones are a bit smaller F Y I

So comfy! A high-quality casual chino I can wear to work or around town. I am taller (5'9") with muscular legs and the medium tall (MT) fit is perfectly ankle-length on me. I am happy with the length of the pants and the color is quite nice. I only wish the waistband was a bit less broad so it would be easier to wear shirts tucked while looking fashionable, but I primarily wear shirts untucked so it's a minor gripe.

I like them very much. Will be great for this Fall weather in Upstate NY. The English Beige color is classy. They are comfortable also. I recommend them.

Nice pant. Lightweight but feels durable. Very comfortable. Sits below waist which I don't like and find I pull them up and tighten with ties. These would be perfect if they 'sat at waist'.

Make sure you realize these do not come all the way down. I only realized this when i got them home. This style does not flatter me, as I have thin ankles and prefer a pant that is longer. Other than that, they were well made and exactly for what I was looking. I did return them, however.

Pants fit well through hip and thighs not the usual baggy fit that many of the so called slim pants from LLBean. But the below waist style is not comfortable. It would be nice if the normal at waist style was available.

Wish they were a bit shorter (I'm 5'4"). Otherwise, soft and comfy.

Love these pants for active outdoor wear! I am 5' 6-1/2" tall and 140 lbs. & the size 10 fit me well because of the elastic waist. I only wish that they were an inch longer.

I originally purchased these in 16 because my natural waist is 36" and I usually order a size down in Favorite fit - 36" is the listed waist circumference for size 18. Whew, these are very baggy! I returned for a 14, washed and dried on hot, and they are still baggy (although quite comfy). The next pair I order will be a size 12. The quality of fabric, elastic, sewing is all great. I appreciate the variety of color and think the pants are appropriately priced.
