Great for any kind of activity, I wear to the lake or to the grocery store. Very comfortable and lightweight. I bought 4 pair, ready to take to the beach!

I purchased 2 pair of these for hiking and they are perfect - super lightweight and breathable, feels like I'm barely wearing anything. The knit waistband is super comfortable. Zippered front pockets lie flat and are perfect for my lip balm. Back pockets are slightly smaller than my phone and don't zip, but my phone seems to stay put in one regardless. Though I bought them for hiking, I'm now wearing them all the time - for walking the dog, just hanging around at home, running errands, etc. They are wonderfully comfortable on a hot summer day.

I absolutely love these shorts and have bought three pairs. They are so roomy and comfy, but don't look frumpy. Breathable, wicking and light-weight, they are ideal for summer here in the South, plus zippered pockets make them perfect for my active lifestyle.

I have 2 others so I knew I liked these shorts. They are light weight, quick drying, and comfortable. Great for summer, great for travel!

I ordered one pair to try them and came back to order more colors. Love these shorts for the warm summer days. The material is light but not too thin and I like the length of the shorts (I don't like them too short). The whole "Vista Camp" style is great, I also order skorts and pants.

They fit perfectly, are very comfortable and are possibly the best shorts I have ever owned!

Wow, what nice shorts! I love the fabric with just a hint of stretch. The zip pocket is quite handy and the wide elastic waistband stays in place comfortably. I got the spruce green color, which is my favorite; it coordinates with other Bean gear. The length is perfect; not too short.

Most comfortable pair of shorts I own! Even if my weight fluctuates a little the drawstring will help.

I got these primarily because I also have the slim leg pant. I love the function and the fit. Zippered side pockets are part of what I'm always looking for.

Only thing that would make them better is to be lined like running shorts

I love these shorts. Light weight, they dry overnight with a sink wash and have two full sized front zip pockets. The drawstring waistband is very comfortable. They are great for the trail, don't bunch up and double as sleep shorts. If you travel and want to pack light - these are the best! I just ordered a pair of the crop pants for airplane travel and city walking.

These shorts are perfect! I have 3 pairs and wear them for everything. 5'4" / 150 lbs and M are the right size for me.

I own three pairs - that says it all. I love the side zip pockets that don't show, but are roomy enough to fit my phone - not sure if it's because I am on the shorter side, but this length was much better for me than the longer ones.

I've purchased four pair of the Vista Camp Shorts (black, graphite, navy and olive green) and use them exclusively for my daily walks. Love the fabric and the generous pockets which enable me to bring along my phone, ID, and car keys when I head for a walk. Would love LL Bean to offer these shorts in additional and livelier colors such as red and turquoise.

Great, well made shorts. They fit exactly as I expectedSizing is accurate. I bought three pairs in different colors. And they have perfect pockets (with zippers too!)to hold everything you need if you're walking, hiking, or whatever activity you like to do!

I use these shorts for rafting and love them! They are comfortable wet it dry and dry quickly! Great shorts! I have 4 colors!
