Product is perfect for warm weather. Material creases easily if left in the dryer. Best to take them out of the dryer when damp.

I love the texture and feel of these pants. I only wish the side pockets were larger and not zippered. The cargo pockets on the legs have the room but when I sit down items often slide out due to the silky fabric and only one button flap closure. That's where the zippers would be handy.

Nice light weight pants. Pockets are too small to hold most phones. I need pants that fit at the waist and these do.

I love the design and comfort of these pants. I appreciate that they now come in petite sizes. My only suggestion for improving them is to use a slightly heavier fabric so they hold up better after being washed and the fabric does not ball.

I love these pants for summer when you can't or don't want to wear shorts. I wear them to the horse farm every day in the summer. They are light and cool and dry very quickly. The pockets are another reason I love these pants. Two pockets on the legs with a button closure, two on the side that zip for security and two in the back. The only reason I gave these pants a 4 is because they do pill a little and if the leg pockets were a little longer a cell phone would fit in there where it would be easier to reach than the side pocket.

I love everything about these pants, except that the fabric pills badly.

After just a few seatings, some fabric seems to be pilling or snagging. Will keep them anyway, because they fit well and are very comfortable.

I love these pants and just ordered more. They are comfortable and I think look nice. Being 5'1" I am extremely happy that they come in petite sizes. I have just ordered them with the fleece Lining in addition to the unlined. One critical recommendation: if you buy these pants you will absolutely need the Conair fabric pill remover as these pants become covered in pilling fabric after a few wearings. Pills, also known in some areas as a bobble, fuzzball, or lint ball, is a small ball of fibers that forms on a piece of cloth. The Conair easily removes all the fabric pills in no time. This is the reason the pants have a 4 star instead of five star rating.

Loved the Raisin and Navy in these pants. Then I bought Toasted Almond. I do not like the color, it's more of a mud color, or taupe, not what I would call almond. But the pants fit great and are extremely well made. And comfortable.

I have 8 pair of these in assorted colors, but every single pair has pilled to the point I cannot wear them out of the house. Any other complaints like this?

These pants are cute, functional, and oh so comfy! I have the straight legged ones too but they aren't as flattering on my short body. I took off a star because they pill like crazy. I could have sent them back but just kept them. Beware of that. Otherwise they're great.

Length is longer than I envisioned from the catalog photo. I'd say about 4 inches.

Very happy with these pants. They stay cool and dry in hot, muggy weather. Elastic waist is very comfortable. Pockets are a handy touch. Would appreciate a toggle to hold the ankle drawstring, but I have to admit the string does stay out for the most part, so it's not a deal breaker not to have a toggle.

I haven't worn a great deal yet, but out for a few informal settings and they are super comfortable and I've received positive comments. Only thing I'd improve upon is pockets that fit iphone12. They are a bit short for my phone. Otherwise super comfy, will be great for traveling and walking on cooler days and going right into restaurants.

I'm giving these 4 stars because of the fit. The fit is perfect and they are very flattering on my tall, pear-shaped figure. I also love the light weight, SPF, and quick-dry qualities of the fabric. Two quality problems with these pants (first one is a BIG one): 1) the stitching at the knee seam is loose after ONE wear. I have had 3 pairs of these pants over the years, and two of the three have had this loose-stitching issue. Big QC problem. I would buy these in every color but I don't want to deal with defective pants, especially at this price point and from a brand known for quality. 2) they cling. I don't know what the deal is, but static electricity loves these pants. I would also suggest an improvement: if the thigh pockets could hold a smart phone, that would make a big difference. I can fit mine in the pocket, but not button the pocket. My iPhone peeks out just enough to prevent buttoning. I can fit my phone in the side zippered pocket, but I hate carrying my phone there. It looks terrible and hangs heavy on my hip. I would exchange the pair with the bad seam, but due to current inventory issues, they won't be in stock for another month, and I'm not confident they'll be in even then. I intend on contacting customer service to work out a solution.

This is a really nice pant for hot weather. They fit true to size. I wear a petite and the length was perfect for my frame. There's a bit of stretch for comfort too. The pockets are handy. They wash and wear well. The only complaint I have is that when the pockets are loaded, they want to slip down. I wish the elastic waistband was improved to eliminate this issue. I could not wear these pants if they didn't have the drawstring. A wider and stronger waistband would improve these pants for me. Love the colors and have 3 pairs. They're all I wear in the California heat. Almost perfect. I have not had the issue with pulls as reported by other reviewers. I would recommend.

I really wanted to love these pants. They were just what I was looking for to wear while hiking on forested land. When I wear cotton knit pants on my hikes, the annoying burrs from plants in the area cover the fabric and take a lot time to remove. That doesn't happen as much with these pants. However, I do have a couple of complaints. First, the seam on the leg hits just at the top of my knee and rubs with every step I take. After a two hour hike, my knees are red and very sore. I may have to cut the pant legs so the seam is higher and make them into capris. I really need long pants, though. Second, I would prefer Velcro instead of buttons on the pockets. It would make it easier and quicker to get things out of the pockets. I would also like a pair of lighter colored pants to make it easier to spot ticks and other bugs.

These pants are super great. You can wear them hiking or dress them up for an everyday outfit. They are extremely light-weight, comfortable, and machine washable. Make sure to not let them sit bundled up too long after being dried because they get very wrinkly. I will be buying another pair in the future!

I like everything about these pants, except there is no pocket that can easily accommodate my cell phone. I don't have an abnormally large smartphone, but the only pocket I can put it in is my hip pocket. It's not a great spot for the phone. Having said that, don't rule out these pants. I wear the pants for lawn-mowing and other gardening. They are super for the purpose. They are lightweight and tough and they'll keep you cool in really hot weather. That's really important for me. They wash and dry beautifully. I'd love to get another pair in a khaki color, and I hope next year they'll give us a cell pocket.

These are great summer pants because of their extreme light weight. I found these to be much longer than the slim Vista Camp Pants, and ended up altering them to be capris. The waistline is very loose, and after I'd tightened it to fit I had a great deal of dangling cord to figure out what to do with. I'd say these are perfect to wear to the beach or hiking.

I do love these pants. The material is very light weight which is great for warmer weather when you want to hike in the woods but protect your legs from ticks, etc. The pants do run big. I actually prefer this when I'm hiking. It gives me plenty of movement. Unfortunately, I washed them and discovered they had snagged and now there a rather large snag on the leg. I have no idea how that happened. They were being washed with a bunch of t-shirts and shocks (no zippers, pins, etc..

I first purchased the petite small and even the elasticized waist was loose. After reading reviews I decided to return and take my chances that the XS might fit better. Just arrived and the fit is right. So definitely - they run a size too big! I'm usually a 6 petite in pants from Bean and the XS petite fit perfectly. Other than the fit - I can't really give them an honest review yet. Haven't put them to the test yet! Feel nice and light and comfy thus far.

I based the size I ordered on others' reviews. I feel the pants run long. At 5'6", I feel like the medium length is still too long for someone my height. I would prefer it if the legs didn't bag around my ankles quite so much. But with the ankle ties, this is not such a big problem. Also, I feel they run large. I am not skinny, but I could have fit into a Small rather than a Medium, I think. I easily wore long underwear under these when hiking in the spring, and I had ample room to spare. Pluses: the fabric is very lightweight, comfortable, and fast drying and they wash well. I love that the side pockets have zippers. The only real negative for me is the stretchy tie belt at the waist. It is too long, and it is pretty stretchy. With more wear, I think the tie belt might stretch out and won't do the trick of holding up the pants. I wish they'd replace this tie with a wider, less stretchy band. Overall, though, I do like these.
