Perfect for what I need

I ordered these in all colors once I found out how comfortable they are. They are light, comfortable and look good (casual). Highly recommend!

I struggle to find pants that fit me properly (petite length, relatively slim waist but wider in the thighs) and these pants are IT. The length is perfect. The waist is snug and doesn't require constant "hoiking" up. I agree with other reviewers that a less elastic tie would be better but, really, that is such a small criticism of these otherwise awesome pants. I am going to buy more colors and keep my fingers crossed that Bean continues making them. A++++, highly recommend for curvy figures!

These are very comfortable and great on a hot day. I did hem them. They have drawstrings at the cuff, which you can use to shorten them, but I don't like the ruffle-is look.

These are my 4th pair, different colors. I have not worn this pair yet, but the other three I wear often. I originally purchased two pair to wear hiking on a trip to Costa Rica, but they are so lightweight and comfortable that they became part of my daily wardrobe. They are easy to dress-up a bit, on trips I wear them to hike and then with a blouse and sandals to dinner or a museum, they are just very versatile. Love these pants.

I love these pants! They are comfortable 3 seasons of the year (buy the lined ones for winter). They wear well, are comfy casual but still look great for a casual night out. I have them in black,navy, granite, olive, and brown. If they came in a lighter blue, I buy those too. They are great for travel, light weight, take up very little room and if you roll them up -no wrinkles,

The vista camp pant is super comfortable and the fabric weight is great for summer. For an XS they seem wide in the hips, but then I have found that most brands are wide in the hip except for J Crew and Brooks Brothers. I would purchase them again even with all the extra fabric because they are so very comfortable for gardening and hiking.

These vista camp pants are great! I love the fit and comfortable fabric. I'm not comfortable wearing Capri pants or shorts anymore, but these pants are great summer pants. Lightweight fabric and loose fitting, so they are not hot and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Even though long pants for Summer, they are cool. Will keep the bug bites away

These are some great pants. I bought them for hiking and logging time in the house during quarantine. They work for both activities. They are very comfortable and fit true to size (I am an 8-10). I like these so much I may get the crops too!

Wanted lightweight, quick-to-dry long pants for coverage from insects and sun for an African safari trip. These fit that bill. Petite pants can still be too long for a 5-footer but the cinch ties at the ankles were perfect. Good pockets though heavy things can pull down on the pants, probably due to the elastic/cinch waist slipping. Otherwise the elastic/cinch waist made bathroom trips easy. Now I have 4 pairs.

great traveling pants wash out easily and dries quickly no ironing needed two handy side pockets comfortable waist band. have three pairs, grey, rust and olive - light weight packs easily. would love a pair in dark (true) navy or indigo these are not the dress up/dress down kind of pants but for travel, beach wearing, gym wear, grocery shopping, baseball games, etc the best.

These pants are wonderful for hot weather. It is like wearing nothing. They are comfortable and look nice. I have the black and the green and wear them daily when the weather is hot. There are plenty of pockets. My phone fits in the zippered hip pocket but not in the leg pocket in case you're wondering. I don't hike or anything. I just use them as regular pants.

I love the Vista Camp Pants. I cinch the bottoms with the drawstring & they look like joggers. They are very lightweight & comfortable. I am allergic to mosquito bites & I needed a lightweight pant for summer evenings outdoors & these are perfect. I like that the side pockets have zippers so your phone or other items will not fall out of the pockets. I bought the olive & dark gray colors. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I've been looking for lightweight cargo pants for the summer and these fit the bill! Bought 3 pairs and will probably buy another... Like I said lightweight and stylish can wear them casual or even dress them up with a pretty top ~ perfect for the summer!

I love the look of these pants and had high hopes that they would live up to the picture. They do in every way. I love the fabric, it's light and cool.I like that they are pull ons and that the waist band is not skimpy. The fit is slightly loose for me which I like very much. I will buy these again when there is another sale (smiley face).

I bought a pair years ago to use for hiking and liked them so much I bought 2 more for work. They breathe, have zipper pockets and button pockets on the legs and hold up really well. Very very comfortable! The fit is slightly baggy, which I like and the elastic waist is substantial. There is an elastic drawstring that I really don't need to use but it's good for people with smaller waists than mine (I'm mildly chubby). The ankles also have drawstrings so if you're in tic territory, bike riding or just prefer, you can cinch them tighter.

Nearly every pair of pants I own came from LLBean, and all are super-comfortable. These camp pants exceed even those for comfort! Plus they have all the features I wanted in this purchase, which is pants for hiking. They have an all-around comfortable elasticized waist and four convenient pockets (two that zip closed) for stashing my trail essentials. They feel cool against my skin, and wash and dry beautifully.

I'm a 40ish mom that lives in the country. I like functional, comfortable outdoor clothing that keeps up with a very active lifestyle and I usually don't care a whole lot what I look like. I haven't tested these pants with any heavy workload yet (mowing, weed eating, cutting trails, stacking wood). However, they are my absolute favorite for gardening, lounging, walking/hiking, or running into town. They are so soft and lightweight - perfect for this hot weather but also for keeping mosquitoes off of my legs. And I know I shouldn't care, but they look super cute! I can easily dress them up by cinching the ankle and wearing them with a pair of sandals and a cute tank top. I have washed them (delicate) and line dry with absolutely zero concerns. I ordered the XS regular. I have a 26" waist, 36" hip, and I usually wear a 33" inseam. These fit perfect! Not tight in the seat or hip. Still roomy with a few things in the pockets.

These are very light weight which is nice.

I originally ordered a small and they were too big on me, so I exchanged for an extra small and they're perfect! I love the breathable material, as well as the option to cinch them at the ankle. Very happy with my purchase!

Super lightweight and comfortable. The fit is loose but not too loose. I just ordered another pair as well as similar ones for my husband.

Love these. I have a pair in every color offered. I would like to see some lighter colors like light tan, light grey, maybe a light blue for summer.

I have bought two pairs of these in the last 2 years. The first I bought to have a quick-drying slack to wear whale watching in an open boat. They were wind resistant, and dried quickly. This year, when I went to SE Asia I bought a second pair and these were great for both being quick-drying when caught in a rain shower, and for protecting my legs from insect bites. Very comfortable, wash up well, and, of course quick drying, so perfect for travel.
