LLBean, where's light gray, and navy blue? I need those colors too!

These shorts are the perfect length and material. Fast drying if you get wet or perspire heavily. I bought them in two colors because they are so comfortable. Very versatile for hiking, biking kayaking or sitting at a MLB game.

These are my favorite shorts. I have 4 pairs of them. They are light, comfortable and can handle working in the garden or can be dressed up for going out.

First pair of women's shorts I've bought in years (probably a decade) that fit all around (waist thigh butt - as in not Velcro and not a parachute of material) and are the lengths I need/want (waist crotch and leg) plus they're light and tough at the same time. I've worn them on multiple long hikes and the stay in place, no chaffing at all, stay dry so wick away moisture everywhere, and hold up to New Hampshire rocks. There's no weird bunching in the pockets and the design is 'flattering' with the shaping and pockets. I'm 5'5" and 165 and bought the 12s. I have thighs and a butt but my waist is more regular. I have been wearing a light belt as a want to vs a need to do and thats my only suggestion a tightening option because when I lose 5-10 pounds I know it'll be a need to on the belt.

These replaced an older LL Bean pair that I just couldn't wear out! I wanted an update to my color and style and these fit the bill perfectly. Length is just right, as is the fit, slight stretch and washing ease. Looks good with everything else I have.

I have wore shorts all year around for fifty years. These shorts are the best. The fit is great, hard working, packable, good looking shorts. The old adage "you get what you pay for" these shorts are worth every penny!

I have bought these shorts for the last 2 summers. Bought the first pair to check size. Loved them so much I bought each color two years ago. Last summer restocked with each color and there was a new green. Need to add more colors!! This is the only shorts I wear. Size is perfect and love the pockets and length. I'm 69 and weight 190. I wear a 16. Easy wash and dry.

This is my 8th pair of these shorts. They didn't wear out, I lost weight and bought smaller sizes. They are very comfortable and light weight. I love the zippered pockets on the sides and back. I've been able to use the pockets are forego a purse on several occasions.

These were well made, lightweight and comfortable but I needed the next size smaller. Unfortunately they were no longer available on the website when I was making my return.

This is my third pair of these shorts, needless to say I like them very much. I find them very comfortable, secure pockets for travel and golf.

Light, easy, comfortable fit shorts with lots of pockets.

From spending all day in a kayak instructing to walking an amusement park, these shorts are the best I've ever worn. I've even worn them with a nice top out to dinner on a warm evening. They dry so quick, and the zippered pockets are great to keep important things secure. The cut is also very flattering. I can go anywhere and do anything in these shorts.

Bought 2 of these in different colors for a recent trip south. Originally, I bought my usual size, 2X but they were too big and had to go down a size to a 1X. They fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. They wash very well and since I hung them to dry, they dried very quickly, as well. I highly recommend them.
