You get what you pay for when it comes to sheets I've had these for a month now, and hubby and I both love them. All the many positive reviews have it right. Yes, they're expensive but you spend 7 or 8 hours a night, 365 days a year sleeping on these sheets - you're worth the splurge!

Cool, crisp . . . a Tracy/Hepburn vibe is the best way I can describe these sheets.

A bit oversized, which is best fit from my standpoint. Cool, smooth feel. Pillow seems to be more susceptible to staining from hair (no product used).

These sheets are great quality and they wash and dry so nice! Soft too. Worth it.and as always LLBean is always nice on phone and very prompt with the whole process, and might I add this: it's GREAT to easily call and get a real person Immediately! rather than going through a bunch of prompts and holds or talking to a computer. LL Bean has the best sheets. These are no exception: smooth and crisp, wash up well, come out of the dryer relatively unwrinkled, with the smooth finish intact. The fitted sheet is nice and deep, fits my 11" mattress with lots of room to spare. Would fit a 14" pillow top. And the top sheet is nice and long, plenty to tuck under at the foot of the bed. Standard pillowcases seem a little larger than the last set I bought around 5 years ago. I buy all my sheets from LL Bean

I bought these percale sheets because they were rated the best on WireCutter. I chose Percale because it's cooler than sateen for summer, but worried they might not be very soft, based on another Percale set I have. However, much to my delight, they are soft and very comfortable. I also really enjoy the soft sage mist color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought 2 sets with LL Bean, the wife bought 2 sets from "My Pillow" off television. LL Bean sheets far superior in every way, no comparison.

If you are a warm sleeper, these are the perfect sheets! Raised believing that the higher count sheets were the deciding factor, I have been re-educated- these are crisp and let the air circulate! We use them year round on our bed and the guest bed- our guests always ask about them!

The sheets are soft and crisp and cool. They make for a very good night's sleep.

I have wasted so much on sheets! I decided to research what was considered the best and I succeeded! I have purchased three sets in the last month, and needless to say I love them! I was not aware about the perfect thread count, higher is not better, we had a set that I always thought I was going to fall out while I was sleeping! These sheets feel like my mothers and grandmothers. I only wish the pocket wasn't so deep, I also have a fluffy feather bed top that takes up room and it is still large. I still love them.

Very good sheets for a good price. Purchased percale queen size set for son. I like the cool, crinkly feel of percale cotton sheets in summer heat. I haven't had the chance to feel these sheets for myself, but son says they are great.

This is our fourth set of these particular sheets. I bought these for our son and he chose a pale green. They wash up beautifully. They feel wonderful. He says that it is a pleasure to sleep on them. I am certain they are going to last a long time.

I love crisp-feeling sheets. These sheets are crisp-feeling. I love them. Recommended by the leading consumer magazine (like how I handled that?), and Wirecutter, neither of whom ever steer me wrong, the high quality is unmistakable. And of critical importance to an inept bed maker like me, the bottom sheet bears a little tag saying Short Side, which will save me hours of frustration. Treat yourself - get some of these sheets.

Sheets the way they use to be. Worth every penny. In this day, where thread count means nothing, these sheets remind me of the 300 thread count my mom insisted on buying in the 80's. And they were expensive back then. But the quality was worth it.

Excellent quality 100% cotton sheets. Smooth, soft, yet substantial. Lake is a lovely blue. Better yet, the fabric doesn't wrinkle. However, the standard measurements have changed. New standard width for full-size flat sheet is 86 inches -- 9 inches wider than my old flat sheets (77 inches). New sheets hung out from underneath my beautiful full-size Amish quilt that I bought in the 1990s. No problem, though: I cut off and hemmed them, and now they're perfect.

I love LL Bean's sheets. I have a set of flannel sheets and just purchased the Pima Percale 280TC Sheet Set King. They are crisp and cool every time I crawl into bed and stay that way all night long! I tell everyone about these sheets and highly recommend them. They are worth the cost, as they will last for years!

These are great. They're very soft and comfortable. If it was noted, I missed it: they seem like they would be appropriate for deep mattresses; it's a little big on my normal full sized mattress.

I debated about getting these sheets because they are a little expensive, but they are well worth it. The quality is good, they feel comfortable, and they stay on my bed nicely even though they are a little big for my mattress. The little labels that say "long side" and "short side" are also a nice bonus!

Great sheets. I love that the fitted sheets have small tags indicating which side is long and which is short. I wish all fitted sheets were so helpful.
