I've had this blanket for a while and had to wait for Southern California nights to cool down. It replaced two blankets that I had. It's not heavy but keeps me snug and warm. I was surprised to see that the air only choice was to be used with the dryer. I thought that a queen blanket would take forever to dry. It dried in a normal amount of time! I have a LLBean bedspread which I pull up on chilly nights in the 40's. Its great not to have heavy blankets on the bed. The dog loves it too!
