I bought these as a gift for my 19 year old son. I was worried they weren't "cool" enough. He loved them!

I bought this shoe for my husband for Christmas. He lives in the "wicked good" house shoes that I bought last year almost to the point of wearing them out of the house to the store. (Who goes to the store in their house shoes???) I thought this product was a "real" shoe that would serve that purpose and be just as comfortable. I ordered half a size smaller based on other reviews and the fit is perfect. He also likes that the sole of the shoe has plenty of grip, but does not have grooves to hold dirt to track in the house. The shoe is well made, true to color, and appears it will last for a very long time.

I buy one pair each Christmas for my husband. He wears them every day and they last a whole year! They are good for indoor/outdoor use. The fit is perfect; they're soft, but not too soft. They break in well and stretch where they are supposed to. These are the perfect shoe for the moccasin wearer.

I buy a new pair of these every Christmas. The old pair I only wear in the house, so the soles stay clean. The new pair I wear outside the house - to town, the gymn, the grocery store. When I come into the house, I switch moccasins. It's very convenient. Plus, they are made in the USA. I love them.

My husband said to give these moccasins the highest rating possible - so comfortable!! He wore them for a day or two and said they felt as if he'd worn them forever!

Great Shoes for everything...except deep snow. :) I wear mine year round and they go everywhere. Generally I wear out the soles before the leather. I only have one issue: When the removable insole gets wet, they smell, and will not come clean. I end up throwing them out.

Fits great...bought a smaller size based on a email I saw from a Bean customer, but really needed to go smaller, for a snug fit...but overall they are great, casual and for me all purpose. I will be buying again and again.....

The camp moc is a great shoe...well made and very long lasting. It's exactly like everything else LLBean makes...a product of high quality and made to last. I've gone through several pairs and keep coming back.

I recently purchased Handsewn Camp Moccasins for my husband, to replace some "oldies but goodies" he's had for years! He rates the quality & style of the new ones as similar to his old reliables. His only complaint is that he wishes they were available in size 13 1/2 so he could wear them without socks, as he did with the old ones. The Size 13's I ordered were just too tight on his toes, and because he already has ANOTHER pair of 14's, we know those are only wearable WITH socks. Unfortunately, we've had to return the 13's. (However, I just LOVE your free return policy; it's a nice PLUS when items are charged to my LLBean VISA card!). PS Are there any of Bean's "elves" up there in Maine that could fix things by making 13 1/2s an option in the near future?? My husband can't be the ONLY Bean customer with that shoe size!!

I purchased my pair of LLBean Camp Mocs back in 1988. They are my favorite pair of shoes to this day. I have had them re-soled once by LLBean. These shoes are by far the longest lasting shoes I have ever owned.

They must be good as this is the second pair I have ordered. The first pair I wore the bottom of the heals out. They should make the soles a little thicker. I bought them to walk my dogs in ,but now I wear them everywhere they are truley comfortable.

my last pair lasted for years and are still comfy, if a little worn looking. Survived repeated salt and fresh water soakings. comfortable and tough

I had been thinking about purchasing a pair of camp mocs for years. Don't know what kept me from doing it - just lazy I guess. Well my wife bought a pair a couple of weeks ago and I was impressed and decided to give them a try. I have been wearing boat shoes for all my adult life and I am now 65. I had been wearing Sperry and Timberland for all these years. I am one of those guys that has to try shoes on as I am very particular about fit. Anyhow, when I received the camp mocs I originally thought they were a little too big and was about to return them but my wife suggested I fool around with the laces a bit and I finally got them just right. My shoe size is 101/2 Med and I don't wear socks. These shoes are very comfortable and appear very well made. I am very happy I decided to give them a try.

LOVE THESE SHOES. This is my 3rd pair in 15 years. Won't be without a pair. The only pair of leather shoes I've owned that feel this comfortable from the first time putting them on. Like walking around in your favorite slippers. Loaded with the quality you've come to expect from LL Bean!

I have not owned a pair of these since my boarding school days in New England, where these were a staple. I ordered a pair after realizing that my Rod Laver sneakers weren't the only casual shoe I should own. They are incredibly comfortable although I highly recommend ordering 1/2 size smaller as they will stretch. I had to return my normal size. A classic staple that stands the test of time.

Purchased for my husband. After bringing home pair after pair of shoes, I gave up. He was looking at the L. L. Bean catalog and said what about these. So I immediately ordered a pair. When he tried them on he said they are a little tight, so I handed him the card that explained they would loosen up with wear. He is good to go in his camp mocs.

I have had these mocs for a long time - for how long I am not sure...they have been snowed on, rained on - left outdoors on more than one occassion - abused to say the least. A quick wipe of the leather with a cloth and some oil and they look good as new. I panic when I can't find my "bean shoes" ... "did you look on the back steps?!? so, after literally years of wear the sole is finally shot and I am working up the nerve to say good bye to my old friend...can't imagine putting them in the trash - saying good bye to all those memories -100's of dog walks!! I will order a new pair and start all over again - these shoes quickly become favorites - fit to your feet and become part of you. The 69.00 price tag is a rare and true bargin - especially since I have seen similar styles by "Amercian designers" that cost 5 times as much. buy these shoes without hesitation and wear them in good health...

Excellent quality and extremely comfortable right out of the box. Break-in time mere minutes. The first shoes I look for if I want to be comfortable on my feet.

The Handsewn Camp Mocs are everything that one would expect from LL Bean. They are very well made, top quality materials, and provide excellent arch support for a casual footwear item.

I've had these Camp Mocs for three weeks now. I wanted to give myself ample time of wearing them before I wrote a review. The first week was the "break-in" stage. They were a little stiff at first, but as time went on, it conformed to my feet and the Mocs became really, really comfortable. When it comes to choosing which shoes I want to wear for the day, I choose the Mocs over sneakers hands down. They look great; and like I said before they're really comfortable. The quality of this product is exceptional! When I first received the Mocs, I didn't expect them to be so well crafted. Real genuine leather that looks and feels like top quality. I've never seen Mocs/Loafers as good a quality as these. I've had comments from at least six people so far saying how they like my shoes. I wear these around the house also, and believe it or not, they're actually quite warm. I prefer to wear these without socks and as time goes on, the leather becomes soft on your feet. When you buy a pair, you'll know what I mean. The inside of the Moc is lined with some type of foot pad, it's removable, but I wouldn't see why you would. It's so comfortable! The sole is thick and solid. I can't see these babies wearing down on me anytime soon. I have no complaints whatsoever with my purchase. I recommend this to all men who like comfortable footwear. It's worth the $70 it cost me, heck, I'd even pay $100 for something like these. Thanks LL Bean!

Purchased a pair of these 3 months ago and have been so happy with them that I ordered another pair to put in the closet, just in case I can't get them again. They are supportive yet soft and subtle and fit perfectly.

I recently ordered another pair of the Handsewn Camp Mocs. Love them! L. L. Bean has been making these wonderful Mocs for years. They are so comfortable and never go out of style.

My husband wears these shoes all the time. they are so comfortable that he have an extra pair in the closet just in case.
