Really like the look and fit This is my third pair of moccasins from Bean. Long lasting and comfortable

Bought these as a gift for my hubby several years ago. They have been his go-to house shoe every day for at least 3 years. Finally showing some wear, just bought another pair for Father's Day. Good for in the house as well as brief trips outside. Like all LLBean items, good quality, great customer service, and nice styling.

My first pair of LLBean handsewn Moccasins, bought about 25 years ago in the store in Freeport, was American-made...they were literally stitched together in the store. They lasted about fifteen years, I finally got enough scuffing and house paint on them that they just weren't very presentable. The pair I have now, purchased in 2010, was made in El Salvador, and I have to say that the quality is easily a match of the US-made shoes. Everything, including the laces, the leather, the footbed, the stitching and the sole is of truly excellent quality, reflecting expert construction. I wear these several times a week, and after the initial stretching and molding to fit my feet, there is almost no visible wear on the shoes. I can wear them with or without socks (weather depending) and they get regularly soaked out here in Oregon. Be sure that you like the color you choose, because the shoes will last indefinitely...and look good the whole time. There is just something timeless about this particular handsewn moccasin.

Third set of these, and first two are still in use after thirty years. The most recent set finally wore through the sole, and if LLBean continued to repair them as they did when I first started wearing them, I would likely have had that done instead of buying new. I figure that, between the two prior pairs and this, I have more mileage on this model of shoe than I have on my cars. Great shoe, and at about one millionth of a cent per mile, great value.

I believe that this is about the 10th pair of moccasins that I have purchased. They are used as slippers in the house and some light duty outside use like patio and camp wear. One note, make sure you get a good fit, even tight when new. Over time, the leather stretches and the fit will become sloppy if not a little tight when new.

I have been purchasing the camp mocs for over 50 years and never get to wear them out ! My sons seem to find them after I get them well broken in and they just disappear. Actually I have managed to keep my current pair for about 20 years now and they are still not worn out but just in need of an upgrade. Camping or just around our woods, they have stood the test of time and are the most comfortable shoes I have ever found. Chuck C., east TN.

I originally ordered a 10-1/2 W. When I received them I thought the fit was rather loose and could not pull the laces any tighter. I then ordered a pair of 10 W but they were too short. I put some insoles in the 10-1/2 W shoes which helped considerably. They do not need any break in.

I have wide feet and it's always a problem to find the right fit. Received my shoes yesterday and surprise, the fit is perfect.Could not wait until today to wear them. The cactus color is great and the workmanship is awesome for the price.Good looking casual shoes.

This was the first time I've purchased shoes from L.L.Bean. The fit is good after a few days break in. They are very comfortable and look nice. The price was good and sizing availability / purchase time was wonderful on-line versus going to a brick and mortar store.

I would strongly recommend this to anyone.

Husband loves slipping into these and they are the second pair he has owned.

I have been buying these shoes for years and I love them. They are very comfortable. I normally wear them without socks from about June through October. Once they are broken in the leather is soft and I can walk around in them all day. My only regret is that L.L Bean does not resole these shoes.

These were purchased for my husband to replace a very worn-out pair, many years old. After just a couple wears, he is already pronouncing them as comfortable as the old ones.

Bean Moccasins are an essential part of a man's wardrobe.

I wanted a lighter weight casual shoe for the summer. I was a little concerned about the color cactus, green? Well the shoes aren't green, they are a great mid to dark brown, great color. I am a medium size 10, they fit perfect and are really comfortable.

I have purchased, worn and enjoyed an array of LL Bean products. My work takes me to city hall and into a tidal wetlands in the same day(s). The LL Bean Camp Moc's I wear are comfortable, durable, water resistant and nice looking. They form to my feet in a few hours of initial wearing. The hand sewing is a testament to craftsmanship of the finest order. I have worn a pair of Camp Moc's for 7 to 9 years almost every day. The sole does not "skid". Try a pair, you will get to know and feel what a great friend you have in your durable footwear.

This is my second pair of these moccasins, only because my first pair lasted me 5 years of daily wear... rain, shine snow and all. They are the BEST!

This is probably the sixth pair of these I've purchased from L.L. Bean. I wear them for casual jeans wear until they get worn, usually about three years). Then I wear them for gardening until they fall apart, usually about two-three years, depending on how much I beat them up while gardening. These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have a high instep, and these are a perfect fit for that issue. But they are wide enough and soften up with use, that they are like wearing slippers out of the house.

This is the third pair of Men's Handsewn Moccasins, Camp Moc. They are very handsome and fit well. They have a good arch support, so no pain invoved. I am never unsatisfied with LL Bean products.

man these shoes are awesome. i remember wearing these in 5th 6th grade in catholic school. they are a great quality shoe. i usually war a 11 for any other shoe off the rack. i read that these run big so i ordered a 10.5. they were still to big so i switched them out for a pair of tens and they fit great.exchange was seemless and fast. i love ll bean. the shoe are great and comfy right out of the box. such a sharp looking shoe. thanks llbean
