One of the best arch supports I've ever had! I used to be in GREAT pain after longer shifts and never thought there was an insert to help. These allow me to go 4, 5 and 8 hours with virtually no pain. Worth every penny!

The shoes that I used these insoles with were a men's 8.5/women's 10, medium width. Initial placement of the insole took a moment of adjustment to find the right positioning in the shoe, but they fit snugly. When I first got these insoles, I could feel an immediate difference in the comfort of my work boots; the added support was noticeable. I work outside in the elements and walk a lot, at least 10 miles a day, oftentimes 20+ miles daily. This includes frequent bending, twisting, and varied movement in narrow enclosed spaces. So, stress was applied on the insoles at all angles. After about 4 months of use, they reached the end of their usefulness. Pretty much all cushioning had been compressed out of them - to the point that I actually felt a little bit of relief upon stepping back into my shoe after removing them. While I would've liked for them to last a bit longer, they still provided some pretty solid support for the time that they did last.

Fits good, wish it was thicker hence the rating but overall the best insole I've used so far

These were the first insoles I have used that I did not get any blisters after being in my feet for 12 hour shifts and walking around 20 miles a night.

Truly like walking on foam mats. Made my 10hr shifts on pregnant swollen feet a breeze. Can they make ankle compression wraps please?

Recommended for shoes that has no arch support

I have very flat feet so a lot of shoes hurt my arch after wearing them for a long time. These soles have made my heaviest shoes feel comfortable. I love them.

Do yourself a favor and buy these inserts. I work at Amazon, in a warehouse; which requires me to stand for hours at a time. There is also a lot of walking involved. With these "anti-fatigue" insoles, I can easily work without fatigue.

Highly recommend these insoles. I placed them on top of the regular shoe insole. I work in a warehouse 10 hour shifts; my feet thank me for the additional comfort.
