Not comfortable at all.

Good only if your not moving around. If you work in a stationary position these will work as your feet will sink into them but if you require side to side movement these will now give you enough support to properly balance your alignment.

The arch on the inside is very uncomfortable. Feels like walking on a rock.

I did not like them and am returning them. I tried them for my new Nautilus work boots and they were worse than the insoles that came with the shoe, which was excellent by the way. I really didn't even need to buy these. The strong chemical smell, lackluster arch support (I have wide, flat feet and get constant knee, hip, and back pain when standing for long periods of time), and the fact that they were a half size shorter than my 8.5 shoe was disappointing. They were supposed to fit up to a size 9, but do not. The largest would be a size 8 in women from my experience.

Size was perfect for me without cutting . I must say this insole didn’t meet my expectation based on the the description. They aren’t soft and does provide some sort of arch support. Wouldn’t recommend for the price. Get another type.

The arch support isn’t a true arch, its a gradual lift from the side of the insole. It pushes your foot out and onto its side

Hard as a standing on concrete

These things are huge, I haven't had a pair of shoes that would fit my foot inside with these in them.

Not comfortable at all. Fit the shoes but made them to tall for a composite toe. Rubbed on the top of my foot.

They are absolutely terrible

I LOVED the first pair of these inserts. I had relatively no pain while working. The second pair, however, caused my left arch to hurt with every step, at work and at home. It has been several days and although the pain/soreness is less it's still not 100%. I'll NEVER buy these inserts again and I'd advise you not to either

Zappos sent me some insoles that look (and smell!) used, so I really can't recommend anybody buy these.

These insoles weren’t good for me. My feet were dead within a few hours. Feet felt better with work shoe’s original insole.

I regret buying those, my feets still badly hurts

I someone how ordered a size 7 in females and they just don't work for my 11 in men's. Its like not even half my foot.

Did not fit as expected very uncomfortable

This was the wrong insert for my feet...I do plan on returning them for a pair that's right for my feet.
