Finally a comfortable, weather friendly shoe! Absolutely love the sneaker design, look, and feel. Has good grip tho not what I would wear for rocky trails. Not as heavy as a hiking boot. Let's talk fit. I have a narrow foot, high arches. I normally wear a 7 in trainers and running shoes to allow for thick socks. I went with the 6.5 for these as a walking/light hiking shoe. Insert it comes with is very comfy and supportive but I replaced with my own for more arch support. Fit like a glove with a thinner/regular sock and my insert. Side zipper and pull loop help with on/off. If you have a wider foot this might feet too restrictive. The upper is stretchy and does not rub or leave any indentations. They do stretch/conform to your feet after a couple wears. If you want a heavier sock or prefer more room for swelling -I would go with your trainer size and perhaps a wider width if avail. Feet stayed dry in light rain. Would be plenty comfy and cute with jeans or joggers for a rainy Disney day too. :)

I like these shoes because they are comfortable, offer good support with a moderate arch, and don’t flex as much as many of the sneakers I’ve tried. I have arthritis In the ball of my feet, and these are very comfortable to me. I like that they come up on the ankle a little and provide general support without rubbing the ankles. They seem to be very well-made. Time will tell.
