I prefer this model over the similar Teva sandal. However I am finding the ankle strap causes friction on my skin. I have an older pair of this sandal and don't remember if this was a problem initially.

They fit great, are comfortable and have nice arch support. The foot straps are a bit too long and I had to glue the ends down because they curled up. Wish they were made in different colors also.

Accommodate the narrow width foot. No break in period required. Support the feet too.

Sturdy sandals; the velcro straps are a little scratchy, but they do offer foot support. A little more than I would normally pay for sandals, but, with good care, if they last a good long time, then it is worth the cost.

These sandals are at least 1/2 inches shorter than other LL Bean sandals I have purchased. Having been so pleased with all others I did not try them on until weeks later. They are supposed to be a size 10.

The sole is more comfortable than my older Boothbay sandals but the straps are a little scratchy. The top strap is not as long as my others - not a problem for me but it would be for wider feet.

This is my second pair of sandals, and the first pair was so comfortable, I wore them out.However, the ankle velcro strap on the left sandal has to be pulled tight in order to secure it, and this has resulted in a chafing of the skin under it. A bandaid solves the problem for now, but it would have been better if the velcro strap was a little longer.

The fit is perfect. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more hook and loop closure on the straps. The ends stick out!

Still breaking these in, but on second day, they are much more comfortable and less stiff than on day 1, when I wore them for 2 hours of little walking. This is my third pair of these sandals, and I just love them.

They look great and feel great. I would like the price to be lower.

This sandal is comfortable and fits fairly well. I ordered a size 6 because my foot is a size 6.5. The length is perfect. I have a narrow ankle and my foot isn't quite a B width. As a result, when I tighten the strap the Velcro that holds down the strap isn't long enough to hold down the very end of the strap, so it sticks out more than I would like. I have given the sandal a four star as a result.

Liked these overall, but it would be a big improvement if the back strap could be adjustable.

I would prefer slightly wider straps , otherwise it is quite comfortable. Wider straps would make the sandals fit more snugly. I purchased them for boat use.

These are very comfortable sandals. I have worn them for many years. I wear them all spring, summer and fall for walking and everything else. I walk about 5 - 6 miles a day in them. Only disadvantage of the newer version is the bottom is not as durable (hence the four star). I go through 3 pair of each color a year. I have had 4 foot surgeries and I love the adjustability of the straps. Please bring back a blue color!

this is the second time I bought these sandals. They are great for easy hikes. I replaced them when the first pair wore out so much that they became slippery on regular indoor floors. I would prefer that the bottom did wear down to become a slippery surface.

These sandals are comfortable, but I wonder whose feet were used for sizing. Without socks the ankle strap is adequate but the toe straps are about 1/2 inch too long. The ankle strap is barely long enough for medium weight socks, and I doubt will work in winter. However the toes straps would would work with both hiking socks and a liner sock together. Better placement of the velcro would be a big improvement.

Nicely molded footbed which provides good support. After five years I had to buy my second pair. They are as comfortable as the first pair was.

The webbing straps are less comfortable than my old ones with Nubuck, thus no longer my favorite for all day wear.

It's a good, classic sandal which is what I was looking for. I like the neutral color. I wish it also came in a brown leather.

This is the second pair purchased over the years. I use them mainly for kayaking. They run a bit small. I wear a size 7, but a 7 1/2 may fit better.

I love the comfort of these sandals, but don't like the way the velcro straps curl up on the ends.

I am wearing these now. They have a great sole on them for walking in the city, more substantial them others. I do find that they run a bit big. I have been buying 8.5 in other LLBean shoes and ordered these in the 9 based on the site recommendation. I have a bit too much length in the toe and had to get use to it, still adjusting. If I were to buy again I would try the 8 instead.

It's a comfortable shoe BUT it appears that the bottom of the shoe has a fabric covering the rubber. I've only worn them a few times but my right heel (driving shoe) is starting to fray! Who puts fabric on soles of shoes?

Have worn a pair in black for two years, and assume theses will be equally comfortable. Would give them five stars if they were a little narrower.
