I wanted to love these shoes because there was so much cushion. However, I have trouble with my ankle rolling to the outside and I felt that the amount of cushion was only going to cause my foot to do this even more. So, for me, I am going to stick with my New Balance 1080 v12!

These shoes were in no way the equivalent of the New Balance Fresh Foam X More v3 size 8D shoes. The More v3's allow for a Dr. Scholl's foam insert under the New Balance liner, with plenty of room for my bunions and toes. These shoes felt a half size smaller--my toes came all the way to the end, and the bunion hurt from the time I put them on until I took them off. Sigh. I was really hoping to get some black Fresh Foam X More v3 shoes. I'm still hoping...

Immediately I felt like I was walking on a marshmallow. It has exceptional cushion. There is a lot of room for the toes. I have had several issues with my feet including a couple surgeries, fasciitis, broken bones. I would highly recommend these shoes for those struggling with finding shoes with good support and comport. These shoes do not need breaking in, comfortable for a long walk immediately. I'm not used to having such a chunky shoe, I prefer a slimmer profile but at this point, I don't care. I almost felt like I had training wheels on the shoes but in a good way for stability. These are the shoes I will be putting on everyday when I leave the house if I don't care too much about matching my outfit.

I absolutely love these! They’re like walking on a cloud! I have pronated feet & was experiencing a lot of pain & discomfort in my Hokas. I walk a ton & really need some good support. These are amazing!! So cushy & comfortable I bet I’ll just be buying these from now on!

I normally wear 7 1/2 in this brand shoe but had to get an 8 in this style. Very comfortable very first wear!! Wore them at Disney World… did not require break in time!!

Like walking on sturdy foam pads. I hope the cushioning lasts!!! Walked for days in them with no foot fatigue.

Great shoe! Very comfortable for running as well as daily wear. Has a large sole for extra cushioning which I need. They look great on.

This shoe is great for walking or running! It really does put a spring in your step. All day comfort, for sure! Nice room in the toe box. Five star all the way!

Perfect running shoes for me. I’m 60 and need a lot of cushion or else the high l impact affects my joints. I order a full size larger than normal shoes because I like a full thumb-width extra length. I have a moderately wide forefoot and narrow heel. I ordered the wide and it’s perfect. Toe box is roomy. Heel doesn’t slip. These also accommodate my Superfeet inserts (which I use for pronation). I’ve had many different running shoes over the years and these are hands-down the best.

I’m undecided about whether I should have ordered my true size or whether ordering 1/2 size bigger was a good idea. There is definitely room, so I guess i’ll wear thicker socks and see how it goes, but wearing summer athletic socks, it’s loose. On how cushiony it is: it’s not as “walking on clouds” as I had hoped. It’s still very comfortable in terms of relieving pressure when working or standing. There is something that bothers me on the side of the shoe where it slightly digs into my ankle when I walk, but it hasn’t caused any major issues yet like soreness afterwards or chafing. It could just be a pronation or structural issue on my end. If Hoka is called stuff compared to this, then I’m glad I did not get the Hoka. If I get another pair, I’ll get true to size (7.5). I don’t have wide feet so it fit fine in terms of width. It would not work out too well for people with narrow feet since there is wiggle room for sure. Although, I’m not sure they have options for width like Hoka does. Also, I’m a pharmacist, and I don’t run around as much as nursing, but we aren’t exactly sitting most of the time either. And for people who work in NYC, we all walk a lot to take the subway or walk to the destination (more like speed walking to everyone else who doesn’t work or live in NYC). So hopefully this gives a reference of how the shoe is being used. On a normal work day not including working out, I log 10,000 steps easily. hope this helps.

Beautiful shoes! Unfortunately I had to return them. I wear a 6.5 wide and they were not wide enough. I wish HOKA had a WW.

The heel was too wide allowing my heel to come out with each step. The shoe was heavy and gaudy . I do not feel it offered enough arch support. Was nicely cushioned.
