I was very disappointed when I opened the box that the boots were much more of a bright yellow, rather than a lime green, but really disappointed that they have black scuffs on them I will be returning them

The first boot Ive tried from UGGS in which I felt pain and took off immediately. I wanted to enjoy bc they are cute w/softness inside but the fit on my foot was awkward.

They were extremely heavy and tight on my feet .

To big and not wide enough did not like product

It's like they made these without testing them. As soon as you walk around, the front of the boot scrapes your shin. Super painful and uncomfortable, can't walk in them.

Gifted for Christmas, only worn a few times before the neoprene ankle portion ripped off and detached from the rest of the shoe.

This boot is not for wide feet, I sized up because I usually do with UGG sizing because I'm usually an 8.5, I purchased a 9. I can get my foot in and it feels fine for about 1 minute before it starts hurting and squeezing the life out of my feet.

Very easily soiled, the slightest touch of the soles against each other and black stripes all over the white boots, terrible, and the heel pops out since the back is very short.

Too big tried go return would not let me. I need smaller size

I have tried numerous times to return the boots for a smaller size and have not been sent the information to do so.

These were my new favourite boots until they split at the back (the rubber, not the fabric pull on strap). Disappointed in the quality considering I've always had good success with UGG products.

I plan to return this boot the fit is very big in the width of the boot itself but the length is good so going down a size wouldn't work for me. Also very heavy.

I really wanted to love these boots it was so hard for me to send them back!! I wanted them so much that I ordered them 3 times just to see if I was the one that was crazy or not seeing as there's not a size engraved inside of the boot or on the bottom how do you really know that you got your right size? It's only a sticker that you can pull off thats on the inside it sure didn't feel like a size 10 it felt more like a size 11 I then went into a department store not gonna say the name, but a very popular department store in Ohio. Tried the same boot on in the same size and it fit perfectly like a size 10! so the sizing is very off when it comes to these boots! I have been a UGG customer for the past 15 years, wearing the same exact size for 15 years. I tried ordering these 3 different times just to make sure, and I was very disappointed in UGG!

They have a 2-3 inch platform inside the boot itself, and when I took it out it was a whole size bigger. They look oversized and clunky.

I'm sure I will love them when I get them. I still have not received them.

I am going to return them. They are too heavy, the sole is too chunky and not comfortable at all.

I'm confused as to why the fit for these are so odd, they are the right size and yet feel too big on the ankle and too snug in the feet. I purchased a version of these 4 years ago and they were *perfect*. They finally wore out so I replaced them with these and they are not even close. So so uncomfortable.

Can't even wear these boots a full day because the boots are so narrow and super tight. They hurt my feet really bad. When you first put them they feel ok. Once you wear them for some hours you will regret it.

After barely a year of wearing. Mind you only warn in the rain or snow so half the year of wear the stitching has completely come apart. Absolute junk. Do not recommend to anyone.
