They do not fit to size way too small Back rubs heel, yes even being way too small They are weird feeling to stand, heel and bottom I love uggs but not these I sent them back

I was not a fan of the Droplet style boots. They just didn't fit well on my feet. I even purchased the tall style as well and they also didn't fit well either. I returned both style boots. The return process was very long as it taken over 30 days before I received a refund.

I see why they went on sale. They're clunky and hard to wear. I have narrow feet and these are very tight. They don't look good with tight fitting pants and you can forget wearing them with leggings. I was hoping to use these for work since I won't have to worry about keeping them clean. Bust. I will he returning them

These were weird. Even though the size felt right, they slipped of the back of my feet like bad sandals. Not great for boots.

Shoe is heavy. It catches on itself while walking because of the outer material. Size was off. I wear a 9.5 but ordered a 10 and it feels like an 11 on me.

I love the Ugg brand and have several pairs that I wear on a weekly basis all in size 8. This paid however was not sized the same as my others and in the description of the item it didn't not suggest sizing up. Also the color I received IS NOT the color that was in the picture. Pretty disappointed in this pair/purchase especially since I can't return them for something else even though I think this pair is sized wrong and defected

Good price but the boot fits really big, feel I could have went a whole size down.

This was the first UGG product I've ever purchased, and compared to all the other brands out there, it has the BEST desgin! I think it looks classy for a little rain boot. However, thats where it ends for me and this boot unfortunately. I wanted to love everything about it... I bought a size 7 because I'm usually a 6.5, but it was SO long on my foot it was uncomfortable to walk. It also was very snug on the front part of my foot, squeezing my toes and ball of the foot area. I am NOT large or thick or chunky in my feet, but I am wide and have a high instep.... so I tried a size 6 to fit better. It was perfect in length, but once again it was even tighter on the front of my foot and barely left room for socks. Unfortunately I sent both back and bought a different brand that fit my foot way better.

The size runs small and the shoe is very narrow. I bought the boots during a really good sale and when I tried to exchange them, I was being charged the difference of what the boots cost now.

I needed these so badly. But the fit isn't right. The toe box is big and my heel slips up and down. Sadly I tossed the box thinking I'd love them. Hoping I can find a friend that can use them.

I'm really disappointed that this is the second time I've ordered from Ugg and my boots or shoes came filthy! The boots itself is nice I'm just upset i got dirty shoes

I have had these for a few months but am now regretting my purchase. They definitely run big and are a bit clunky as a result. Also since they are on the shorter side, they don't seem to protect as much from the rain like regular rain boots. Should have just gone for something like the hunter boots. Too late to return now.

For style look I'd give this a 8, comfortability more like 6 I live in NY & I thought they'd help me walk over the ice & a little snow - they aren't made for cold weather every toe will freeze the boot itself gets cold it may repel water but it doesn't insulate

So I bought these because generally in the winter I just wear rain boots and before I just got regular cheap rain boots. So I got these. They look nice. Well they look nice. But let me tell you that I have rolled my ankle seven times in these because the neoprene area became unglued ( it's not stitched) and it is just a death trap. I finally put these to the side after rolling my ankle so bad to the point where I had crutches. It was swollen and I'm still dealing with an ankle injury a year. I found that these were really clunky and I had to wear a really thick sock in order to get them to fit properly to my feet. I do have wider feet so these are great. If you have wide feet but on the top of the foot there was so much extra room that you need like a really thick sock and order for it to be really comfy so your foot isn't flopping around on the inside. If you are a person who is really clumsy or who just has bad luck with rolling ankles, I'd look at something without that little neoprene stretch area at the rim of the boot. Save yourself the ankles.

I didn't like the fit of these boots. Not sure if they didn't look right on my feet because they were short as they just didn't give me that great feeling when I wear a pair of UGGS. I returned these boots following the shipping instructions through the local post office on the 10th of January. As of this date the boots have yet to arrive back to the UGG store and the only thing the local post office could tell me is that they shipped them off and that it goes to a 3rd party. Not sure what that means. I asked the worker if the UGG store did not receive the boots back in 30 days what I'm I to do. She just informed me that I just have to phone the store. I do have the receipt of the shipping and tracking information but it doesn't help me much if boots got lost in transit. Now I no longer feel comfortable shipping items back through the post office. There is nothing like returning things yourself in person forsure.

Super super cute! Definitely not the most comfortable. I would recommend sizing up at least half a size.

Super cute shoe but doesn't fit right. I'm a normal size 10. Most shoes fit fine. These were cut weird in the heel. Thought maybe thicker socks would help but no. It was all in the heel. The heel was weirdly wider than the rest of the shoe Couldn't walk in them. It was only the heel area that was oddly shaped and too big. Had to return.

The inner sole insulated padding is too much That and the rubber makes the boot tight and heavy

So these are true to size and fit very nicely on my foot. HOWEVER, the ankle is loose and because of that it causes my heel to slide up as I'm walking, which is disappointing because I wanted to love these.

The picture shows a darker tan color I got them delivered today and I actually hate the color. I'm very disappointed because the green ones are a lot darker and so are the tan ones but the one I got is like a lighter mix of both it looks tan but also looks very green and those colors mixed together are not cute in my opinion and they aren't cheap so a little disappointing. Stick to the black color of these I have these in white and they stain easy but I use them as like outdoor boots that's why I was trying to get a little bit of a different color more for dressing up. Might return and get black.

I returned the boot because it was so heavy. The weight was all in the bottom of the boot.

The heel in this boot continues to make any sock fall down :( I'm so sad these didn't work out

Not comfortable I believe that it was fleece lined it only the sole of the shoe is lined
