I received the boots and it looks like they have been previously tried on by someone else. It was also a stain on the boots as if someone tried to clean the suede. They have dents throughout the boots

The Uggs were too big and when I went to exchange them for a size down they said they couldn't do it.

I feel mislead and disrespected as a customer. I work too hard for my money. I have wanted these boots for SO long and bit the bullet to buy them for myself this year for my birthday. I was excited to receive them. I open them up, they look like a fake pair. The boot opening looks so thin? What is up with that? I look at the bottom of the sole, the sticker says UGGPLUSH which I had no idea about. Please, put a warning aka be transparent about what you are selling? I expected my Ugg boots to feel as they always feel, like a freakin dream. What is up with the misleading name btw? Plush? Where? These are the opposite of plush. I buy Uggs for their plushness. These were not plush. They were thin feeling, not even remotely comfortable? The lining a the bottom was so thin, it felt like I was wearing a cardboard shoe. Never in my life would I have expected my Ugg boot to not bring me comfort and plushness. I am so saddened. Please, customer service let me know which boots remain actually plush through natural wool fibers. I am not paying almost $200 on a pair of shoes that are thin, cardboard, fake materials. Please, I beg you to help me pick an alternative since I guess my dream Ugg boot was a farce. God am I so disappointed. Off to find joy in non-material items I go ha.

The shoes are too big and I have to send them back

The classic mini platform boot runs small, so I did an exchanged and never receive the newer product. It has been two months and I'm still waiting I talked to customer service, they told me to wait 10 business day.. I'm so annoyed by this company

They barely had any fur and gapped so bad where your shins are. Very disappointing

The customer service is good but not great the company it's self just want your money they don't want you to have great shoes for the winter time they just want your money it is already cold and they don't want you to order what you want unless they get a piece of your pie

The product looks great on the website but in life feels cheap after one wear; is very easy to get dirty and even water damages it. Wouldnt recommend paying so much money just to throw the shoes out the next day

This product broke the first day of putting on. The platform came off of one of the shoes.

The platform is too heavy for the height of the boot. Fits my foot snug but falls off my ankle as I walk. Unpractical

The boot is beautiful however it runs rather large for women purchasing their normal size. Had to return it and the smaller size was out of stock with no back order availability so I never had the chance to enjoy this purchase.

I was so excited to receive these boots. I tried them on and lived them. When I put them on yo wear, they were heavy and uncomfortable. I took them off right away. Now I find out that the return policy is 30 days snd I can't return them.
