I wanted these uggs for about two years now and I finally got them just for them to be uncomfortable. I can't stand in them for a long period of time and the platforms make it hard to walk. They fit tight as well. They're super cute but if I would've known about the cons, I wouldn't have ordered.

Hey I like the boot but I wore it 3x and sole is shedding and peeling

the platform in my opinion is a bit too much- i think like 1 inch or even 1.5 inch would have been better! the boot is also a little loose on the ankles so be careful while walking as you might accidentally roll your ankle. Not the most conformance either for walking but are definitely warm.

Wearing these made me sprained my ankle.

Its hard to get my foot into the shoe and I ordered 9 and I wear 8 to be safe. Its not that comfortable. I expected something different. They need to make it easier to get your foot inside....we aren't all tiny skinny minis with tiny slim feet....you need to make shoes for everyone....every size

This particular shoe didn't look appropriate. Very weird fit.

These are incredibly difficult to put on, even with a shoe horn.

I'm beyond disappointed in Ugg's inability to complete a simple exchange. I've made so many purchases from Ugg for my family, but at this point I may never make another purchase.

I bought this boots a month ago and never got them, they messed up my address and wouldn't help me find a solution to fix it and get my boots, the package went on a US tour this whole time and then back to their warehouse, extremely sad, this was my xmas gift so I was very excited to get them.

I have bought and worn several pair of ugg boots and ugg slippers all in the same size. However, I finally order these. I'm really excited to get them and they're like. Hmm, 2 sizes too big for my feet. Even though they read my size. So upset and disappointed.

These are my 1st pair of Uggs in 20 years that weren't for me. As described by others, they look like Frankenstein shoes and just not a good choice for me. Too boxy.

The ankle opening does not lend any room to get your foot into the shoe could not even get half of my foot into it. Returned these and went to the store to try on ultra minis which were also slightly tricky to get on, but was able to get my foot into it.

The opening of the boot made it unwearable. I had to twist my foot awkwardly to get it in. The hole is too tight and narrow. The actual base felt good, but I had ankle pain afterwards, and all I did was try it on. The shoes were returned. Then, I called to get help with my exchange. Instead of an exchange which the person on the phone said she initiated, the agent didn't and instead gave me a refund. I reordered the other shoes, but I don't appreciate being lied to. I was on the phone for nearly an hour, only to not have my inquiry handled properly.

Had to return. The boots were way too big even though I had already sized down from a regular size 7 to a 6 (I have always worn 6 in Uggs.) There was way too much space between my toes and the front of the boot, and my heel didn't stay in while walking. I was also very disappointed with the lack of plushness - these feel nothing like Uggs. Not soft or comfortable at all.

This boot will make you about 5 inches taller. It's a VERY large platform boot.

Sadly, I wasn't able to get my foot inside of the boot. They are made very narrow.

I couldn't get my foot into the hole to put these on. Two pair of the mini platform both had the same problem. My little.sister who is 4 sizes smaller than me could.barely get these on.

Had an issue and tried to get help. Was assured a manager would call back or email and they never did. I finally gave up. They definitely know that don't need to take care of their customers due the popularity of their product. Good luck if there's an issues!

Runs small!

I order initially my regular size 8 and it was very difficult to get in , I almost hurt my ankle . I decided to go one size up and now is too big . I tried to try to exchange for a different boot and I was t allowed . The boot looks very nice and is comfortable but the sizing is off . Any suggestions. How can I exchange again ??

It's hard getting my foot in. I ordered my normal size and once my foot is in the shoe it feels fine. But getting my foot in is difficult. :(

Bought the new platform boots for my daughter, but 20 minutes after delivery, they were stolen off her porch! Police report was accepted (the guy was caught on a neighbor's camera), but we're still waiting on a replacement. Keep getting the run around between UPS and UGGS, though they're kind about it. Can't wait to actually write a review on these boots since she's worn UGGS most her life!
