These are perfect height and so cozy. Easy to walk and drive, if you are worried about the platform. The only reason 4 stars is because they are hard to get on at first. It might be because I have fatter feet. They get easier to put on once broken in.makes sense. Also I feel the quality of Ugg in general is a bit different from years ago..like the sherpa has changed . Could just be in my head. I really love these boots for winter though and are my number one grab out the door every time. You won't regret your purchase!

The first pair looked like they'd been worn. I returned for an exchange for the same boot and they arrived within two days of my taking first pair to UPS. The process was very smooth and I love the boots. The Jasper has more brown than red but they are a stand out. I wear a size 9 normally but always purchase UGG boots in an 8. The fit was perfect! I did not have difficulty getting them on or off as some have had issues with. I have made many many purchases from UGG and will continue to do so. Customer service is great and footwear still the most comfortable I have ever worn!

I have never owned Uggs before and moved to a cold climate where they are needed. I love how warm they keep my feet and the look and fit are very comfortable. My biggest issue with them is putting them on. It feels like an impossible task of adjustment and pulling and adjusting... I wish these were easy to put on cause it just takes forever and I look so awkward putting them on at friends houses. It can take like 10 minutes to finally get my foot in and I'm a size 6. Also, I can do 5.5 or a 6 so I got the 6 and they fit perfectly

My granddaughter loves her new Uggs. They are a perfect fit, comfortable and stylish.

I really like these I want them in Black but when I saw the red I ordered them but it wasn't the red I was expecting yeah either way it's a ugg boots it's always comfortable so I exchange them for the black

I've been rocking UGGs for 25+ years. I got these in the red Jasper, which is just a beautiful red. I found that I had to size up to an 8 from my normal size 7/7.5 so I feel like these might run slightly small. That being said, they are a beautiful boot and I hope to wear them for many more years to come.

I order initially my regular size 8 and it was very difficult to get in , I almost hurt my ankle . I decided to go one size up and now is too big . I tried to try to exchange for a different boot and I was t allowed . The boot looks very nice and is comfortable but the sizing is off . Any suggestions. How can I exchange again ??

I absolutely love these boots. They are very stylish and perfect with skinny jeans and leggings. I would buy these over and over again. I'm usually a size 8 in women. I bought a 7 which fits perfectly.

These feel great, lightweight soft and comfortable, the fit perfect my foot does not slip at all in this boot like others have said. A must buy!

These booties are so adorable for fall. I got the smallest size (5 ladies) and my ankles wobble because the boot runs at least a size and a half larger than traditional Ugg sizes. But I'm keeping them no matter how many pairs of socks I need to wear with them! Haha

First off, I did a lot of research before buying for several reasons: 1. Spending this much on shoes is a luxury for me, so when I spend this kind of $$ I like to know, it's worth it. 2. When buying online, it is more difficult to ensure fit than trying on in person, so I relied on reviews. Ugg sizing is different. In many sneakers and boots, I am size 7. Slim heals and bigger fitting brands, 6 1/2.. But in UGG traditional boots, I fit a size 6. Trust me, I made the mistake of ordering my traditional size in UGG and gotten a shoe an inch too big I ordered size 6 in this shoe (my ugg size,). Fits perfectly!!! However, this particular shoe is extremely hard to put on the first few times It took forever to get my foot in the first time, but once in, fit perfectly! Don't size up to get your foot in easier. It gets easier over time as the fabric stretches out and the effort getting in the shoe is worth it, bc once your foot is in, it's a dream!

Timing was perfect! My daughter in law was extremely happy with her boots and loves them! I ordered them a half size bigger...

These are soooo cute on! I find they look best with a wide leg jean/ pant. The quality is decent, and I love the extra height that they give.

It is too big. I did purchase my size which is 8 put it on and my feet was all over the boot side to side back and forth by the time I got back home my feet was hurting like they were in a fight. And put into consideration I wore some thick socks hoping it will fill the space NOPE!!

Originally my husband bought me these for Christmas in a size 6, my usual size, but they were a bit too big. So I ordered a size 5 and they fit perfectly! So warm and comfortable! Love the platform too!

Love wearing these SO much! Super comfortable and warm; easy to walk in despite the platform. The only "complaint" I would give is that the color is a bit lighter than I expected. I've had Chestnut Uggs before and they were darker. Other than that I love them and am happy with my purchase.

Comfortable to wear and warm, took a star off because they are difficult to put on. I'm hoping it gets easier as I break them in, if not I am worried about damaging the shoe by trying to pull it on.

i loved them at first until i started to notice they were wearing off the second week i had them idk if i was supposed to maybe use a protective spray but still i feel like the quality could have been better for the price i paid and these are my first pair of uggs and i was a little disappointed.
