I love these Mini Uggs! So warm and comfy. Easy to slip on and off. I wear a ladies size 6 and the kids size 4 fit me perfectly.

I love uggs. I buy them every year. Very warm and comfy but this purchase was not worth it. My daughter has had these for about two weeks we applied the Ugg brand protective spray but her Uggs are already ruined.

These boots only come in whole sizes so I sized up. They are so comfortable and can wear them all day.

I received a pair of these as a gift for Christmas and I was thrilled, but after a few wears the color on one had a stain and faded completely. I ordered another pair because they were on sale and I love them so much. Unfortunately I never received the pair of Uggs. I had called and talked to everyone possibly from ups and Ugg. Neither were helpful and told me to go to the other. Customer service was not only almost impossible to navigate but once I finally did it, it was useless and upsetting. After months of trying to get in contact with anyone for either a reimbursement or help locating the package, I am left with no money or Uggs. After a being a huge fan of Uggs for countless years, after this, I will no longer be a customer.

My granddaughter loves her new Uggs!
I had to make an exchange and the company was fantastic. It was literally the easiest return and fastest re-shipment I've ever experienced. I will not hesitate to purchase Uggs from their website again!
