Bought for my grandaughter and she loves them but they are too tight, would I be able to get a return receipt for the next size? She is waiting for me to find out about exchange but I seem to have deleted my receipt. Any help would me much appreciated as she loves them. Thank you, Pat Hamel

A repeat buy. Second time buying this style of Uggs. My teen daughter wore her first ones down to the sole within three years! So here is the next ones! They feel just as lovely and comfortable as the original ones. Perfect. Super soft, warm, and lightweight!! As expected! Thank you Uggs.
