I am so glad I found this shoe and brand! The 0 drop helped give my joints a lot of stability and take away the painful impact that had limited my running the past 2 years. My feet move through a full range of motion and I have not had any discomfort in my runs. I look forward to my next pair and PR!

They were purchased for every day use. Altar is the only women's shoes that makes their shoes wide enough for my feet, normally I have to purchase men's shoes for the width.

I used to be loyal to Hoka, but Altra feels better. I'm a nurse and on my feet all day, I won't purchase anything else!

I love these shoes! The zero drop is the perfect shoe for me since I have Morton's Neuroma. I wear them everyday. The do run small so I had to go up a 1/2 size. Recommend highly!!

Love these shoes. These shoes make you realize you actually have toes because it doesn't cram your toes together like most shoes. Love the padding and I can wear them all day at work and wear them at the gym to run. These shoes are so great I have nothing bad to say about them

I have LOVED Torin's since the first one came out and was devastated when the Torin 5 (due to tongue issue) didn't work for me and I had to return the pair I bought. Honestly I took a chance buying the 6 simply because I couldn't resist the beautiful new pink style and I am thrilled to say they fixed the tongue! As all my previous pairs, this shoe felt great from my first run. No "wearing in" required. Thank you Altra, I love my new Torin 6's!

I wear these sneakers for walking an hour every day. Pure comfort and I have bunions on both feet and these are the most comfortable sneaker so far for my foot issues.

The sizing of these shoes is just a tiny bit on the smaller side. With thin socks or barefoot, they fit perfect. They're still comfy with thicker socks, but feel just a smidge small. HOWEVER, I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis and with these shoes on I was able to walk all day and bartend all night with no pain!!! Feels so good to be walking normal again. I threw out all my old tennis shoes and will only be wearing these!

The torins are my go to road shoe and the new model is perfect! They did feel a little stiff when I first put them on which is not normal for aItras. But! I went on a short walk with them and they "broke in" in like two minutes. I could see how the heel would bother some people because it is tall, but it doesn't bother me at all.

I love these shoes!! I purchased a 1/2 size up and wide width. I would buy more if more than one color option in wide width. Very disappointed, give me more options!!!!

The Torin is my go-to shoe. I have others brands in my rotation, but only wear these for any distance longer than 6 miles. I ran my fall marathon in October in my Torins. I want pink ones, please make them in wide. Oh, and, the tongue--just wear socks, people! I have not had one issue in the 5 or 6.

I am not a runner. I have arthritic feet and much pain. Especially the ball of my foot. This is why zero drops helps. This is my miracle shoe. As I can't hardly stand a closed shoe. No issues with the tongue. I love Altras

I am a walker and this is my feels good all the time no matter how far I walk or how much I stand shoe!

I bought these about a month ago. I really don't have any issue with the tongue at all. I find them comfortable, fit well and makes me want to run!

I originally got the shoe to use while running, but it soon became my go to shoe for work. I am a registered nurse in the emergency room, so having a very supportive shoe is essential. I am able to stand on my feet for 12 hours and rush from room to room without my feet hurting at the end of the night or y plantar fasciitis flaring up. Excellent support and so comfortable!

I have tried many different running shoes and these were by far the best. They are super lightweight and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are runners.

This amazing shoe fits like a dream. From the moment I first put them on they fit perfectly and I didn't need to break them in, a sure sign of a well-designed shoe. The heel support is flexible and cushy, the ball of foot cushioning is superb and very stable. I could walk and do HIIT in them, primarily what I use them for, forever. Also the heel is elongated so it's easier to get the shoe on and doesn't bother my achilles, which is another issue common with other shoes and one that drives me crazy. The shoe conforms my feet wonderfully and still provides support without suffocating my feet. The fabric is sturdy but light and breathes so that my feet never get hot, something that I have a big problem with. Almost most importantly, the tongue of the shoe isn't stiff and uncomfortable. There are even little reflectors on the sides of the shoe that go well with the design and don't detract from the overall comfort. The shoes are just so well designed, there really isn't one uncomfortable spot on this shoe. Honestly I wish I'd known about this brand years ago, I'd have been buying them all along. I got these in size 7.5 and navy/coral color which is VERY pretty. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will buy in the future!

These shoes feel like walking on clouds! They're super lightweight to the point where it doesn't seem like you're wearing any. Super comfortable and so far I'm also very happy with how breathable they are. I have two big German Shepherds so I walk a lot. Having very comfortable shoes to walk on the street is a must for me. These new shoes may be my new go to shoes to take my dogs on their daily 5 mile walk.

These are the best running shoes I've ever tried, hands down. Feels like I am running on clouds! The Torin 6 running shoes by Altra showed me that running doesn't have to hurt my feet. It is a shoe that has been designed with the most sensitive feet in mind. Running can be natural, energizing, and it'll feel like you've just left your body for an extended vacation. I'm telling you, these shoes are the real deal! I am so happy with my shoes! I no longer have to stop and take a break because my feet are hurting. I can actually run nonstop. I've been running for about 5 miles and I don't even feel a pinch on my feet and legs! These shoes are heaven! HIIT and biking in these shoes has also been such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

These shoes are great. First thing I noticed was a wider toe. I wasn't sure how that would feel but it was great. My toes felt supported but could move around and didn't feel squished after running. And overall, everything felt very comfortable. The cushioning is great for running, but it doesn't feel overly padded or soft. Also, these shoes are so easy to get on and off. Many running shoes I feel like are more stiff or just not the easy to slide on but these were great. No need to break in slowly, they were great from the get-go. The laces also stayed tied nicely through my runs. I used these mainly for road running and my feet felt great the entire time!

I have a lot to say, so bare with me :) I am 43, and a firefighter for over 15 years. I stay fit, and cardio is of upmost importance to me. I will say though, since having kids, my money and priorities weigh heavily towards my kids and not me anymore. I got to try these shoes for free, and I couldn't be more thankful. I tend to buy what's on sale, or what I have always known as far as commercial name brands. They are fine, but tend to wear out quickly, and im replacing them all the time it seems. I didn't know this brand, and I didn't know this brand prior to trying them out, but I can say with 100% certainty, quality matters, and these are quality! I have a wider foot, but most wide shoes are almost too wide. Not these! I feel like my foot is secured nicely, with little wiggle room, and the soles are so soft, its like walking on your favorite foam pillow. These are soft and flexible, and if you are like me and pull on your shoes from time to time, you will love how flexible the material is. I have had a number of shoes that some hard plastic piece tends to poke through in the heal after I wear it down a bit, but that has not happened here. I have a learned a good lesson on taking the extra time to buy something that's quality, and not just what youre used to. I feel I would have never known about these had I not had the chance to try them, so trust me 100% when I tell you these are amazing. No blisters, the shoes are holding up incredible, and they feel as good weeks into wearing them as they did when I first put them on. I hope after reading this you consider trying these out. You will be incredibly pleased, just like I was, and maybe find your new favorite shoe brand!

As an avid runner I thought I had tried just about every running shoe on the market for comfort and I can now with complete and total honesty say that I have found the only running shoe I will purchase from here on out!! The Altra Torin Running shoes is simply amazing. I was skeptical because of it's extremely light feel when I pulled it out of the box. I thought, there is no way this is going to offer any kind of support. I have never been more wrong in my life. The amount of comfort and support I got from this pair of running shoes is unmatched. Altra will definitely be my go-to brand from now on.
