High quality as always. Great traction and comfort. Not a big deal for me but I've had a number of people comment on how well they look as well.

I've been using Speedcross for trail and Spartan races for years and could not be happier. I have never found a fault. The grip and comfort are stellar!

After three days in the Sierra the sole started to delaminate from the shoes body at the front of the right shoe. The same happened on the left shoe five days later. As the hike progressed delamination also started st the sides. $145 and the shoes dont last three weeks? Maybe, just maybe Salomon should place less emphasis on coming up with evermore gsrish colots and focus on elementary production quality issues? Just a modest proposal!

These fit perfectly as if they were made just for my feet. Comfortable, durable, great grip up rocks, through the mud and good control maneuvering exposed roots. I bought these because I finally retired my Speedcross 5s and wanted the same shoe again. Prompt shipping and next day delivery. Couldnt be happier with this purchase!

Ive had these for a couple months now and Im in love. The quick lace system is incredibly convenient and makes adjustments simple. I wear a size 14 and these shoes are still light weight while being supportive. I gladly threw away my Brooks after using these for the first time and Ill be buying nothing but Salomon shoes from here on out.

I didnt give it 5 stars because if you need a 14 Wide, its just like the Ford Model T - you can have any color as long as its black.

After a month , the sole began to delaminate on the side, but nothing some superglue cant fix. Still a recommended buy when on sale.

I have had these shoes for about 2 years, and I do not regret buying them. These are my 4th pair of trail shoes and I not only wear them on dirt roads and trails but to work.

Love these, I already had one pair exactly like this (same color) Probably have 10 pairs of speedcross from 3 to 6 generation

This is an excellent shoe, Ive had and worn out 5 sets of these. This is my first pair of the 6 version. My only complaint is the really large white lettering across the top of the shoe. As a first responder our shoes have to be all black, so I had to use a black sharpie to color the letters in

Have used for long runs and overnight backpacking. Light, good grip in muddy and rocky conditions

Speedcross shoes have been my reliable choice for years

I mostly use these for shooting competitions. Which are either sugar sand or gravel 90% of the time. These shoes have been great and kept me surefooted. Never felt like I had to slow down.

This shoes are great on the trail. Really grip well and doesnt pickup mud and rocks

I bought my first pair about 5 months ago and because of the support and comfortable feeling in my feet, I now own 5 pairs of Speed Cross 6.

Purchased a month ago to be my replacement shoe on the PCT. This shoe has really good traction on a variety of surfaces. Maybe should have gotten a half size bigger.

Keep coming back, great fit for wide feet and trails

I discovered Salomon many years ago and many shoes ago, and now it's the only walking/hiking/everyday shoe I buy. it fits me very well and my foot is comfortable for a long time, love how long they last as well.

I love Salomon shoes. I like the color and look or the older Speedcross but the Speedcross 6 is a little wider and more comfortable. All of my Salomon shoes seem like they last forever too.

After 1000+ miles of hiking and trail running, my Speedcross 5s were finally forced into retirement. They were the best pair of trail shoes Id ever owned and I wanted to replace them with another pair exactly like them. However, that version seemed to have been retired as well and I could not find a new pair in my size. The SC6 looked to be the best replacement option, but when youve trekked over 1000 miles across the Texas Hill Country, in the same amazing shoes, for the last year- there was definitely some concern that the latest upgrade just wasnt going to measure up. I happy to have found that it does. Same excellent grip, same comfort and same arch support. They do seem to be a bit lighter in weight, and have slightly better ventilation as my sock moisture seems to be a little less after each adventure. As for their durability- Ive got about 950 miles to go. So far, so good. A worthy replacement for the best.
