bought this jacket a month ago. Girl friend told me I was nuts to pay that money for a jacket! A week later she wore it while watching a movie. Next thing, she wants one! Jacket is so comfortable and warm it makes you forget you are wearing it! Good work Arctery`x ! Thank you.

I've owned the most popular fleeces from a number of top outdoor brands, and I finally found one that I love. While this is considerably less technical than much of Arc'teryx's gear, it's equally high quality. I purchased a covert cardigan just to try it out and liked it so much I bought 2 more in different colors. Fit is great, pockets are deep and well-placed, durability is excellent - you'll get some minor pilling, but that's par for the course. It's very warm and soft as well. It works great as a casual layer on cool, dry & still days, and layers OK under a shell to stop the wind. That said, it is not at all impervious to wind, so if you expect wind, you may very well need another layer to stop the wind. Overall great versatile fleece, but avoid if you're looking for something on the more technical side.

This product is just like all the other Arc'teryx goods I have purchased over the years. It fits, it works, and I know it will last.

Without any doubt, one of the best all-round fleece on the market.

After reading through the reviews on this I was concerned about pilling however there doesn't seem to be happening on mine so far! I wear a backpack most days and no pilling on the shoulders yet where it rubs. The jacket is warm, soft and fits really well. It looks pretty smart so I'll be using both casually and at work in! The only tiny niggle I have is that the cuffs could be a little tighter. Although they do still work well and spring back to shape even after wearing it with the sleeves pulled up all day. Possibly one of my favourite pieces and fits well under my Atom LT, Zeta AR and Interstate Jackets.

I wear this to work with a button down underneath all the time. Very professional and functional

I bought the full zip and loved it so I requested the 1/4 zip as a present.

This is my go to for a jacket or sweater as it fits perfectly and has great functionality

For travel this garment is versatile and comfortable. Doesn't wrinkle if you stuff it in your backpack!

I have two covert cardigans. The form, fit, and function are perfect for me. I love the material, fit is snug (I am 6'2", 180, and lean), and it keeps me warm on cold days. Primarily wear as an extra layer in the home and for nights out. To me, too nice for trails. Despite the close fit, I go with the Large as the XL would be too long in the sleeves and body.

This cardigan was my 'gateway drug' into the brand, and I've bought multiple since getting hooked. More stylish than typical fleece jackets, and constructed with an impeccable eye for detail and finish, it is astoundingly warm with just a t-shirt beneath it.

I just bought this for a relative and I am incredibly happy with this purchase. The covert cardigan is very soft and warm. It's sleek design allows it to look professional in the office and in the outdoors!

bought this about 8 months ago to replace a Patagonia one that I have had for a couple years. Loved it so much I have now purchased 3 others from the outlet! perfect for chilly days heading to the office, great for some fall yardwork, and a great midlayer for a good hike.

I own two them (Harvest and Black), I simply loved them. Very confortable, warm and soft. I like the clean and casual look of it. Usaually, I'm wearing Medium, but for this one, it was a better fit in Small size. Highly recommanded.

This Product fit well. It is warm and zips high in the neck.

Like the new fit. Less boxy and bulky. This piece is great as a midlayer for active pursuits and still it is classy every to wear as outer wear for going out.

Was a little hesitant to buy this jacket after hearing poor reviews of the new fabric material, but was pleasantly surprised when the jacket arrived. I don't know what the material used to be like but I am quite happy with what Arcteryx has done. The material is soft and warm inside while looking quite classy outside. I purchased the Kyanos and it looks great. I go back and forth between M and L for arcteryx products but the M was perfect for me at 188cm and about 78kg. Really nice cut. Its definitely more of a casual use jacket, but could certainly be used for hiking and the backcountry.

No complaints so far! I've read that this new covert is not as hardy as previous models, we'll see i guess. I think if it is worn as intended, it will hold up for years. I've only had it for a few weeks, but through lots of wear I can certainly report that it is warm and cozy. I wear it as a mid layer, so it's not really exposed to the elements or abrasions.

This covert cardigan is very warm, serving as a perfect mid layer on cold days, and an outer layer on cool days. It is great for hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities. This cardigan is constructed with impeccable craftsmanship, and is also stylish. The laminated pocket zippers are rugged and should provide for long term wear. A wide range of movement is provided by the relaxed fit. I now have three of these cardigans and would not give them up. I highly recommend this garment for anyone who is serious about outdoor activities, wants to keep warm and is willing to pay the price for quality workmanship.

I have a black one and a red color one and I cannot say enough.I am a textile industry professional and I know what these things cost from the factory...still I bought one at retail and was happy enough to buy another.This company is serious and what they make deserves your attention.They could cut many corners but I can assure you they do not. keep it up Arcteryx...you have my vote

I originally bought this jacket as a mid layer when I first switched to a shell outer jacket. However, the discrete bird logo on the arm means that it functions just as well as a casual urban jacket. I think that the Polartec Thermal Pro Knit material is the softest out of all my jackets, which adds to its feeling of warmth. The jacket comes up quite large, when compared to my other medium and small jackets, so a definite try before you buy, if you can. I have the black jacket, mainly due to the very limited number of colours imported into the United Kingdom.

This was recently purchased, so I don't have a great deal of experience with it. My early experience with it is that it is comfortable, relatively warm, and, like most Arc'teryx products, is well built. Having a full length zipper makes it easy to take on and off. The side pockets and arm pocket are nice to have. One thing I would like to see is the lining went down the sleeves. If I am wearing short sleeves it is easy to pull on and off. However, if I am wearing a long sleeve shirt, pulling it on and off proves more challenging. Overall, I like the piece and have been wearing it often. Fits true to size.

Over all is a nice Cardigan. But as with the previous models it missing a hanging hook/loop on the back collar, for the price it should definitely have one.
