I ordered these on Black Friday when they were on sale. The package was lost, but Teva would not replace them, only credit what I had paid and then require me to buy them again at full price! Super poor customer service.

Uncomfortable. Takes work to keep them on.

Too tight across top of my feet

Teva, honestly I've always loved your products but it feels like you've sent shoes to every influencer in town lately and they promote a product with no knowledge, only out for that Freebie. For one, these shoes run Huge. I'm 6",1 always wear a size eleven and they literally fall off my feet in size 11 and size 10's. The 9's which exchanged the 11's for, fit snug, but my back heel was hanging out. So you're telling me you've built a shoe that is either slipping from your feet, or your buying a size to small to keep them on. I'll give the construction a quality comment because I'm not mad at the fabric. Just the fit, and everyone selling these with absolutely no direction about marketing from the company itself. Give these influencers Details about the products that actually matter rather than them walking through some outdoor scene which has been totally fabricated! If you need any help, please call anytime.

Purchased the reember terrain. It has an annoying little raised area behind the heel that constantly folds underneath the foot. It would be better with a full heel or without any instead I'm stuck stepping on this annoying thing.

Please stop with the All gender sizing. Women and men are not physically the same and their feet definitely are not. I have worn Teva for 40 years. Sadly, I will move on.

They sent me the WRONG color in the RIGHT box. It was the last color in this size as well. There's no way to fix it because it is out of stock. They're a little small anyway. All in all not happy.

Feels like a Wide shoe size for men

like having two giant loafs of soggy bread attached to your feet. absolutely terrible inside the house and out. i wouldn't own another pair of these if Teva paid me to take them. i donated them to the salvation army, good riddance. awful.

I haven't had these even a year and they are falling apart. My socks get wet just walking around the yard. Took these camping once, lights use. This was my first pair of Tevas and will be my last

I've been a Teva loyalist with the Reember and in their boots. These seemed great from the looks and with the terrain. Loved them but mad inconsistent in sizing. Exchanged for a smaller size and still huge. At least 2-3 sizes too big. I ordered a men's 13 as my other Tevas which ended up being huge on foot, went conservative and exchanged for a men's 11 and still quite big on foot. What a disappointment.

These are cool looking, had great expectations for them but they disappointed me. They're at least 2 sizes too big, the instep is massive which makes the shoe not stayed on your feet. Overall not a good representation of the reember family.

I normally wear a 10.5 US mens and the sizing chart said to size up from that. Their 11 is like a 13! I'm walking around in orange clown shoes now. Too bad because they seem nice. I let the return window pass and now at least I have clown shoes for whenever that urge to throw on a fright wig.

I returned these they were cute enough to wear around the house/and comfy but much too wide/voluminous....and I have wide feet.

Even thick socks can't help you.

Followed the sizing guide and they are way too big
