Was so excited to gift this to my brother. However the light, slightly creamy grey ecru color shown on the website did not match the more true grey color that the product displays in real life. The green seems accurate but the onsite color of the main color area is misleading.

I specifically ordered a Teva product, thinking that it would be good support. These are no more than a pair of slippers.

Unisex sizes in shoes don't work-too wide, looked like blocks.

Satisfied with quality, comfort and width. Sizing is annoying, 11 way too big and 10 too small. Would not buy again given priced at almost $100 and no half sizes available. Ended up giving product to a friend and purchased another brand.

I wear a 10.5 or 11 shoe. Ordered in size 11 and they're way too big. Even with heavy socks they're oversized so a bit disappointed. If they fit they'd be perfect as a quick knock around and camp shoe.

I received my order and the shoes were the wrong size. The size I needed was sold out. I never got to wear them.

I liked them but the fit was way off. Very wide and large. I had to return.

I bought two pairs in size 10 because that's the size I've always worn in Teva shoes and sandals, I was very disappointed when my two size 10s arrived because they were significantly bigger than I expected, I felt like I was wearing shoe boxes on my feet, not shoes, Unfortunately, I didn't try them on when they arrived because I had every reason to believe they'd fit like all my other size 10 Tevas do. I cut off the tags, threw away the packing material and boxes, and waited a couple of weeks to wear them. When I finally put them on, I was terribly disappointed by how badly they fit but felt I couldn't return them.
I ordered 1 pair in a size 9 which fits the way my other size 10s do and is comfortable. That's the pair I now wear. I'm not sure what I'll do with the big size 10s -- give them away I suppose. I certainly won't wear them again.
Make sure you add the word "RUNS BIG" or however you choose to phrase it. I wouldn't call this style "true to size" at all. Even the size 9 feels clunkier than I expected.

Though I like the style there was absolutely no arch support in contrast to other travel footwear I have purchased and worn for years. This product is inferior to what I have become accustomed to from Teva.

Honestly, I feel they look better online. I wear a size 6 and they are wide and not as cute to me.

This is so adorable I was hoping it would fit. But, talk about wide....there was no way I could walk with them staying on. The toe was fine, but from there back it just got wider and wider along the top. Too bad, because I really do like them

The fit is awful and slides off all the time and heal holds under foot. I went based off my foot size in many different shoes that are similar and it was just a miss. It just feels like it was designed to not fit a foot correctly. I've been stuck with them for two years because of the cost and I hate them every time I wear them. They also soak though in snow just walking in the back yard to pick up dog waste.

Bought during a sale. They run a little big so I had to exchange them. None available in my size so I spent the extra money to buy a full price camp shoe. Guess they later realized they didn't have them either and refunded me the original sale amount minutes the shipping. Pretty wack experience overall

Last Christmas I had to return boots and the exchange was a nightmare. Never even noticed the money back in my account. I decided these Christmas to give them another chance. Now the sizing of these shoes is terrible. I'm exactly a size 7 and these run so small. And now I'm stuck in the exchange loop where they keep hanging my call for customer service even during their bussiness hours and the website does now allow me to continue the exchange process. I've been a customer for more than 10 years and sadly, I no longer will be. I give up.

Bought these at the end of last winter. Immediately noticed my socks would become wet in the toes after about 5 or 10 minutes of walking in morning dew grass while taking the dogs out.
This year I treated it with DWR spray (water repellant), which helped for about a week but again back to wet feet in a matter of 5 minutes.
The way these things let in water you would think I was standing in a 3 inch puddle, nope just some wet grass from morning dew. I'm not sure if I received a lemon pair of slippers that are defective but this is crazy.
Only buy if you plan on walking on concrete/cement I guess. Other than that they are very comfortable

I wanted to love these as i have a pair of the original camp shoes from around 7 years ago that are worn out. But after 20 minutes in these around the house I noticed they don't feel quite as supportive because I rolled my ankle TWO TIMES in them. I asked myself: what is different about this new version? Compared it to the originals and the sole on these new ones is almost a whole inch narrower. I do NOT have wide feet at all and always wear a regular width shoe, never wide, so that isn't the problem. I think Teva maybe wanted to make these with a cheaper overhead so they found ways to use less materials, and made these ankle rollers.
If like me, you tend to do lots of hiking, trail running, etc, and have sprained your ankle a couple times, or are just naturally a little bit hyper flexible, don't get these. You WILL roll your ankle. Maybe it won't hurt it all the first time, but eventually it will.
I usually wear a 6.5 and got the 6, which fits correctly.

I've had my pair coming up on two years. I mainly use them as house slippers and the occasional jaunt outside to get the mail.
They feel great, have held up well and look nice.
Recently while cleaning them, I realized my removeable footbeds were finally giving up there cushioning ability and could use replacement.
One of the selling points when I bought these shoes was the very well made removable footbed. I thought if I took care of the shoes, then I could replace the footbeds to recoup some of that famous Teva cushioning.
Sadly, Teva does not offer customers the opportunity to purchase these footbeds.
For a company that plays on the recycling theme and being good stewards of the environment, this is one business decision that flies directly in the face of that.
They obviously are still producing these footbeds and could do a good service for everyone by making them available.
I'm very disappointed that the image they project of being environmentally friendly is at the end of the day just fluff.

I couldn't try these on until 30 days had passed. The back is not high enough to stay on my feet. I will never wear them. Waste of money with only 30 day s to return.

I bought these and did not wear them until the return time had expired. The heel does not stay in place. I cannot even wear them at home as slippers. Very frustrated that There is a time limit on returns. I am a long time customer with 15+ pairs of Tevas!!
Please contact me if there is anything I can do. I will never wear these!

The upper part of the slipper does not wrap the foot at all. It's huge on top and has zero arch support. The bottom rubber narrows so much that the foot slides over the edge of the shoe.
