I'm a 10 1/2 W in most shoes with a narrow heel and these shoes fit perfectly and looked very nice on my foot. This shoe is comfortable but has only minimal dress shoe level of heel cushion. I would wear these all day at work with typical amount of walking but would not wear these for a city walking tours or museum visits.

I wore these all day right out of the box and they were awesome! So comfortable, leather, so they breath. My feet love these shoes!

The Trotters Leana are very nice, leather shoes. Simple design, good craftsmanship, cushioned footbed and shank for added support. I got these to wear with skirts with tights.

Just got them in the mail so I haven’t given a test run yet but they are very comfy and cute

The shoe was a great fit. It is comfortable and can be worn all day. It is true to size and width. I love the shoe and strongly recommend it.

I need loafer and flat styles with a longer last for them to be comfortable. I tried the more rounded toes with a very short toe box, and they never feel like my foot is “in” the shoe. Trotters always seem to have the styles that fit well and are comfortable from the getgo. These are extremely comfortable and look good on my feet.

This is an attractive loafer. I order a half size up in this brand. It gaped a little when I walked, and that's the only reason I'm not keeping it. Don't think this was the shoe's fault, more likely because of my funny-shaped foot.

These shoes are very comfortable with a moderate arch support. I usually wear a size 9 1/2, SS, in a Munro shoe. However, a size 9 SS fit perfectly with the Trotter Leana loafer. So, as other buyers pointed out, they do run a tad large. They're sharp shoes that can be worn with dress slacks, jeans, or leggings. Also loved the price!! They're a great value for $93.00. All you gals out there with a narrow foot know we have to pay way too much for our shoes. Also, thanks, Zappos, for the prompt service, as usual.

Darn! Loved the shoe, style was good, but unfortunatly when I walked the heel of the left shoe would slip. And with my rather narrow foot it's not easy to find shoes that I really like. Everything--style, quality, and general fit except for that heel! I'll keep trying. I have at least found my correct size. Now to find the shoes! Betty Monroe

Very comfortable with classic style. Stayed with the standard width which I think helped keep the heel from slipping like others have experienced. Even when I wear nylons they don’t slip, pinch, or rub. Wore them to a wedding the day I received them and they were perfectly comfortable!

Great classic look! Fit well out of the box so I decided to wear them to a wedding reception. Looked really nice with my dress pants. No issues even after 5 hours in my feet! They fit true to size for me with a regular width. They might have allowed my foot to move forward more if they were wide width. This would have caused them so be loose on my heel. I usually wear nylons so can’t have them be loose or I couldn’t keep them on my feet.

Beautiful shoe and well made. I have others in different colors, same size, but for some reason, this black pair is too big.

These shoes fit perfect and were incredibly comfortable straight out of the box. Classic, stylish look allowing you to dress them up or down for all occasions. There was a more expensive pair of a different brand I had wanted initially, but they were out of stock, so I found these. I'm glad I did! I have a great pair of shoes to enjoy and saved money too.

This is just a great classic loafer look. You can easily slip on with jeans for a polished casual appearance. I have a slim foot and it fits nicely without looking sloppy. My only negative is that the foot bed could be a little more breathable which would afford more comfort.
