These are pretty shoes, but my opinion is that they are good for narrow feet. I happen to have wide feet, so I ordered them in extra wide (WW/EE). They fit me like medium. They were also stiff, which made them even more uncomfortable. Regarding length, they were slightly too long. Unfortunately, I will have to send these back and continue my search. This is why I love Zappos! With extra wide feet, I can't just walk into a local store to try on shoes, because no one carries that size. Zappos allows me to try on as many pairs as I need to until I (hopefully one day!) find my perfect fit.

These shoes run very large. I ordered a 10 and it is at least 11½! Needless to say, I am returning good looking shoes.

Way too small for my normal 7B. I like the style of these - has just enough feminine touch so it doesn't look like a man's shoe. Felt very cushioned and was always comfortable enough to walk around a little but I really wasn't comfortable at all in them. At least the tops of toes weren't touching the shoe as with others lately. Leather is pretty soft and suspect there's some give, but I would need way more give than it was willing. Back they went. If I go with a Wide, I am afraid my heel will just slip out. These are not the shoe if you like a wide toe box and room.

I have a long, narrow foot (11, 2A), but this shoe feels like a 3A. It also feels a little short. Great looking, but has to go back.

This was the exact style I had been looking for. The perfect black shoe to wear with trousers at work. Perfect fit as soon as I put on the shoe. Took one step and I knew the shoe wouldn't work - too wide in the heel. Sadly, these shoes will be returned.

I did not like these. The fit was awkwardly small and tight.

This shoe looks so good. But it was too short and it did not feel like the width I ordered.

This is crazy...I have ordered this same pair of shoes twice before in the past...the shoes I got today seem to be mis-sized..the right shoe is too big ...too wide and too long...the left shoe is too loose for me to keep on my feet...they're going back as fast as I received them

I ordered and received a size 11 but it was very small - it felt at least two sizes too small. My niece, who wears a 9 Narrow, tried them on without socks and they fit perfectly, so I gave them to her. They looked very nice in person and I wish they'd worked for me but the sizing was way off. I really can't accurately rate their comfort because I could barely get a foot into them.

Cute but they fall off my feet - it feels like they're too long. I've only worn them once and will probably return them.

Just okay! I hadn't worn Trotters in several years. I had a knee injury and needed a slip on. Classic appearance. The toe box was a little to narrow for me despite ordering the wide. I ended up with a callous on my fourth toe from it rubbing. No arch support. Okay to wear for short time periods, but not an all day shoe.

The toe is deceptively narrow. The moment I tried it on I could tell it would create blisters on the side of my big toe. I wear a wide width and this shoe fit everywhere (width wise) except in the toe area. My foot also slipped out of the back when I tried to walk. Will be sending back.

Loved the look of this shoe, fits well except after I wore them 2-3 times the heel got real loose and real sloppy so they flip up and down like flip flops.Vey dissapointed, can't return them beacause I wore them, can't were them because they flop ff my feet and catch the back of my dress pants. An expensve loss...

I just received this pair of shoes and they will be returned promptly. I have always purchased Trotters brand and have recently found the quality very poor. This shoe doesn't fit and is very stiff. Is this company using a different manufacturer? If so they need to change. I will continue to shop Zappos for their wonderful service.

A very pretty shoe. Order one size up, if possible.

Cute style but the heels of the shoe caused terrible rub burns on the backs of my heels. I'll never wear them again.

This fit me like a medium width. Not wide in the least. Very disappointed. Also, not as cute in person.
