Great boots for walking in Boston during the winter -
All I can say is thank you Timberland for a great product and for keeping in mind the environment.
I'd also recommend:

Wow -
Love this boot. Was looking for a boot in this style for several years before I came across this on-line. Was concerned about purchasing without trying it on but needn't be. Extremely light and comfortable...like walking on pillows. Fits a 1/2 size bigger than other boots I’ve owned. An insole solved that.

Recycling and looking good doing it!
These are the best looking boots I've owned in years! The fact that the box they came in was made from recycled materials impressed me, the fact that I only found a couple of pairs of boots that used any recycled materials in the shoes (I think they were all Timberlands) was shocking to me, we’ve all got to do our part. Thanks Timberland for setting the standard, and I might add, you set the bar very high with these boots!

Absolutely beautiful boot that develops a lovely patina. Mine are well over 10 years old as they are the original Earthkeepers. Not waterproof and scuffs easily but overall a long lasting attractive boot.

These are great looking boots that have an adventurous feel. The sole is more lightweight than you would expect from the upper. The contrast stitching is nice. They lace up high which makes them good for fall/winter, along with the waxy finish. They don't breathe very well, and the fit is slightly loose. This is probably so you can wear them with thick socks. I probably wouldn't use them for serious hiking, but they are fine for light trail duty and urban adventures. Overall, a versatile shoe that can get dirty aand clean up well. Wish Timberland made them in a chukka, which would be great considering the lightweight sole with a slight drop.

Love this boot style I wish they had more colors. The only cons are this particular boot style runs a full size too big and the laces are not good quality.

This boot goes with all occasions.
It is stylish, unique and carries both elements of vintage and modern day fashion.
The design especially is very attractive but i recommend more colour variants of the boot.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves them so much he wore them with an outfit to our new years brunch and they looked so good on him. The material did scratch easily so if you're going for looks these may not hold up#sweepstakes

I ordered a pair of the Original II in Full-Grain Rust. They looked pretty close to the website color. They were a mile too large in my normal size and I decided I liked the lighter, more two-tone look of the more expensive Original. I returned the Rust Original II and ordered a smaller sized Medium Brown Nubuck Original. The box did correctly say Medium Brown Nubuck but they were EXACTLY the same color and leather as the Rust Original II. Very disappointed that the Med Brown Nubuck looks nothing like the pictures. So beware. Also, might as well order the cheaper Original II as they are the same thing!!

The style is different from the rest of the boots that I have bought, they look more "delicate" but with a lot of style. The downside is that they are too big even though I bought them the same size as the others. It would be my only complaint.

I bought these boots in brown before covid and got the black ones this time. The boot is great but was disappointed to see the lower quality laces. May be because they are environmentally friendly :/

Good Quality and appearance. I'm used to wearing Timberland Pro boots for work and wanted a nice boot for going outside of work. I may be spoiled by the anti fatigue features of the pro series but these boots needed insoles to make them comfortable to wear all day. Other than being slightly difficult to put on and take off I'm really happy with these boots.

Love these! They do run about one size large though so take that into consideration. Also cautious with the recommended wax. In the fine print it says not suitable for nubuck leather! Which is exactly what this is.

I had two pairs of boots. I bought them 12 Years ago at the same time, one light brown and the other dark brown-red. One I presented to a friend after 5 years of use. The other one I still have it. Is a very pleasant shoe. The only problem are the soles. Two years after I purchased I changed the soles in both because they just gone. (I put same still but not from Timberland). I was using and I am using for every day use spring and autumn in city environment. Nothing extreme. The light brown is still in use. I am happy. Is a classy boot and I love it.

The boots look great! They are very heavy. Though, the cushy leather band above your ankle is great and comfortable. The leather seems to be patina-ing well already. The only thing I would tell people is that the tongue seems to be too long to be comfortable: for some reason, the excess folds up to the left and right of it, so when you lace the boots, the excess is pressing against your foot. After wearing them for a few minutes, you no longer feel it, so not a huge issue. The size is plenty large: I wear an 11 at the largest, and bought an 11, and they fit with plenty of room. If you like your boots to be form-fitting (which I don't see why you would, since they are boots) then get at least a half-size down. overall I recommend!
