Great boot, stylish and comfortable. I bought a size smaller than what I would wear in sneakers and they are still probably a half size larger, but comfortable if you are wearing thick socks. Overall I am very happy, would recommend them to anyone.

Boots are great! My husband loved them! Love that Zappos offers free shipping and return. I have never been disappointed from ordering here.

Haven't bought Timberland boots in a while. These are great. Couple days to break-in, very comfortable and light. They do run a size large, as I usually wear an 11EE in Chippewa boots, but these I ordered a 10EE and they fit great.

Great boot. Had been eyeing these up for quite some time and finally picked them up. Full size smaller than my other boots and 2 sizes smaller than all my Nike sneakers. I was surprised as just how light these boots are. Soft leather needs no break in. Soft and flexible sole. Comfort is superb for a 6" boot. My only wish is that the tounge was stitched all the way up the boot to provide submersible waterproofing. Like others stated your feet will get wet in over an inch or so of water. The rubber sole grips well and is soft, so soft to the point where I am wondering how long it will last. Hopefully it lasts for years because I don't want to own any other boot. Got these for all around snowy, wet conditions and wanted something that would look good. These fit that bill perfectly. Very pleased.

These boots are surprisingly comfortable and have virtually no break-in period. They're definitely sized large. I wear a 12 and bought these in an 11 which fit me perfectly. A decent balance between keeping your feet warm without making them a sauna. No regrets about buying mine.

I bought these in a 10 for my hubby. He usually wears a 10.5 or an 11 and the 10 fits great. He said they needed to be broken in a little at first, but he likes them. He did spray them with a protectant to help the leather last longer.

Great boots....wonderful present for my husband...a man who likes nothing but loves these boots. They look so nice with jeans.

Heed everyone's advice and buy at least a full size smaller. I would get a full size and one and a half size smaller to try on. I wear an 11.5 or 12 depending on the shoe but got a 10.5 in this shoe. I also wear heavy wool socks with them and they are a perfect fit. These are the most comfortable boots I've ever had. Like slippers. And I really like that they are lightweight. I know everyone's tastes are different but I really love the style with the high laces and the leather is a soft look and feel.

Very nice boots! I wear a 13.5 and bought these in 13 because I know Timberland runs big. The fit is a little loose around the toe but the heel and sole are very comfortable. These are extremely light compared to my other non steel-toe boots. I haven't worn them out and about but, from walking around my residence for a couple days, they are awesome and very comfortable. I bought them for the looks and they did not dissapoint on that end either!

Great comfortable boot. Little thinner sole so it wears more like a shoe which I like. Needed no break in period. I usually wear a 13 but a 12 is perfect for me.

These shoes are very comfortable, although a tad on the heavier side. But they are a boot, right? Also, these shoes run 1 to 1 1/2 sizes larger. I am a size 9, and still feel like there's plenty of room between the toes and the front of my size 8 Earthkeeper. I probably should have gone with a 7.5.

Finally, a good looking boot for those guys blessed with big feet. My teenaged son (size 14 W) wore these boots every day during a mild Minnesota winter and as long as his feet don't grow up a size, he'll be able to put these back on come fall. Rugged and stylish. Love the Tims.

I got these boots for my hard to fit son (size 14W). He absolutely loves them! They are comfortable, durable (rugged teen/mild Minnesota winter) and stylish. I had to pry off his feet for lighter warm-weather shoes. If his feet do not grow over the summer, these will be on at the first sign of fall weather.

Love these boots! This is my second pair; had the first pair re-soled, but finally the stitching is going. Bought those right when they came out...think it's been 3 years of near-daily wear. Have a wide forefoot, so the width judgment is right for me.

Awesome boot! I am very pleased with this product. It is super comfy (first wear six mile hike) and problem free! I took the advice of others and ordered one size smaller and they were perfect. However, after just a few weeks the stitching on one of the tongues is coming apart. A bit disappointing. I am going to have it repaired because I do think/hope they will last and because they are just so dang comfortable! Outside of the tongue glitch I give these boots an A+.

Buy a half size smaller, warm, dry, comfortable from the first wear. There are no "new shoe blues" with these.

Great boot built with quality, soft leather. The size runs large. I wear a 10 to 10.5, but needed a size 9 with these. Looked forward to wearing these for a long time as construction is excellent as well.

These are amazing boots! Bought these for my boyfriend and he loves them! Perfect for dressing up or down. He wears a size 12 and I ordered him a 10.5W and they fit him like a glove! As always, Zappos had them delivered in speedy time!

I bought these shoes for my son who has gigantic feet (size14)...so glad to have Zappos or he wouldn't own any shoes as they're never in any stores. These boots fit perfectly with thick socks. He said they're very comfortable and didn't need breaking in time.

I purchased this boot for my bf for Christmas. He wears an 8.5, but have sent this boot back twice in hopes to get the correct fit. The sizing is way off and I'd say it's at least 1 to 1.5 sizes off. We're patiently waiting the arrival of pair #3 to see if it fits. Keep in mind that Zappos only allows you to do one exchange. Anything after that is a return and your original form of payment will have to be credited. Such a pain.

The boots are great. Light weight and very comfortable. But, they run really big, at least a full size, maybe a size and a half. I had to send mine back, however, Zappos made the process really easy.

I bought this shoe for my boyfriend and it is a great looking shoe! Can go straight from hiking to dinner at the grandparents! Boyfriend says they are very comfortable too.

Loved the boot. Ordered wide because my husband has wide feet but unfortunately the wides weren't very wide - they felt like normal width.
