The toe-box was too narrow for me (similar to the fit of Vionics), and the arch support was barely felt. To prevent over-pronation and good arch support, you might want to find reviews from people with your particular foot needs. Boots are beautiful - very nice leather and you can dress up or down.

Love these booties. Color, fit et al! Want them in another color but they don’t have my size. :(

Love this bootie!

When I pulled these boots out of the box, I wanted so badly for them to work. The outside was so soft and smooth and I was so hopeful. Once I put the boots on and stood up, I realized that the toe box was quite small and narrow. And, I felt my toe touching the top of the boot. I am so disappointed to have to send these back.

Love these for many reasons. The boots are soft and supple. They are high enough on my ankles that they do not rub the ankle bone, which is often a problem with booties. The insole is removable and I was able to get my custom orthotics to fit beautifully. I also wear a narrow size and these are a perfect fit.

Fit as expected. Heel height perfect compromise to avoid flats and also uncomfortable high heels

Perfect on all counts. I have old, wide feet and comfort is my first concern. However, I'm not ready to wear old lady shoes yet. Beautiful color (red), comfortable fit for hours long wearing and the leather is beautiful. Would buy another just to be sure I have one when these wear out.

This size 11M boot fits my foot perfectly. I usually wear a 10.5 but if I'm wearing with a sock, I buy size 11. I do have a slightly narrow foot so this style might not be best for a wide foot. I love the style which is so comfortable with a flat-ish heel, but it's still stylish enough to wear with a dressier outfit. I've bought many pairs of the black boots over several years. I just bought a brown pair but I had to return it. The brown color was too dark. I was hoping for a lighter brown and even maybe a saddle color. Trotters, please make this boot in more colors.

these boots are nice quality, but for my wide food, was not wide enough ( bunion) , They were a little loose in the heel, but i wouldn't mind if the width was ok . I did order a wide. It is leather, so it may stretch but i can never rely on that for comfort.
